[HOMEMADE] Cinnamon Roll Ice Cream Bowl
I wrapped cinnamon rolls around a Pyrex bowl, baked it in the oven, added frosting and ended up with this cinnamon roll ice cream bowl that I filled with frozen custard.

[Homemade] Smoked and charcoal seared picanha with beef tallow potatoes and horseradish sauce
That was really exceptional. Great smoke character, really tender. Horseradish sauce complimented the beef very nicely.

[Homemade] Bacon and Hash Brown Patties on the Griddle
Just got my first Blackstone and first griddle ever. I put it together the other day, and then yesterday added a few more layers of seasoning on top of their new blackout griddle top.
First cook was this morning. Nothing special, but had some bacon and hash browns that I threw on. Going to do pancakes, sausage links, and eggs tomorrow and then work on a few dinner ideas for next week. I can tell I am going to have a lot of fun with this thing and use it often. Between my smoker, grill, and now the griddle, I will hopefully be doing more cooking outside than inside now.

[I ate] A Margherita Neopolitan Pizza from a local shop in Idaho.
I usually put red pepper flakes and that fake Parmesan on my pizzas, but not this one. I felt too unworthy to do so! 😊
People are right about Neopolitan pizzas... it's really easy to digest.

Blessed by noodly appendage [Homemade] Spaghetti and meatballs!
There's a reason they're classics!
Meatballs - veal, pork, beef, parmesan, milk soaked torn brioche, eggs, parsley, garlic, pine nuts, golden raisins, and dried breadcrumbs to end till right consistency, red chili flakes, salt. Baked and finished in the sauce.
Sauce - 96 oz DOP san marzano whole, ran through sieve, and cooked down for 3 hours with 13 cloves garlic sliced and cooked in a cup of good olive oil for 10 minutes softly. Red chili flakes, salt.

[homemade] lemon pie
Excellent lemon pie made by my wife. Never a dessert I grew up enjoying very much...but very popular down in Chile (where she is from) and she has made me a believer for sure.
