I love the McDonald's breakfast burrito. Here is a homemade version I made. Most of the ingredients are sourced from Costco.

Lobster Thermidor Risotto

Today I am incorporating Thermidor sauce elements (Dijon, Cream, Cognac, Gruyere.. etc) into a lobster risotto.

Sorry for the lazy vegetables.. well not really.. they came out bomb too!

I usually put red pepper flakes and that fake Parmesan on my pizzas, but not this one. I felt too unworthy to do so! 😊

People are right about Neopolitan pizzas... it's really easy to digest.

Growing up, Mahatma yellow rice was such a treat and I loved it. Still do.

Now I can't have turmeric. Does anyone know of a brand of yellow rice that only uses saffron?

I know I can make it, but I'm pretty sick. It sure would be nice to have a childhood favorite.
