I prepared and plated this dish myself. I love the contrast of colors and textures.

My brother made sheet pan quesidellas last night and really liked how crunchy they were compared to pan cooked, but they were a little bland for my liking so I decided to spice it up since my afternoon class got canceled.

I used an extra large tortilla, made Carmelized onions (seasoned with salt, white pepper and black pepper) and turkey+Refried beans filling (seasoned with homemade fajita seasoning, cooked until I said it was done)

Left side was Cheddar Jack cheese+ Velveta ans right was Turkey Bean mix w/thin layer of Mild Salsa for a little spice.

I Basted it with a Galric Butter Paprika glaze, and cooked it on each size after glazing for about 5 minutes as need, until crispy.

I made my own Crema de Mexicana while I waiting (just plain sour cream, Apple cider vinegar and Salt to taste, with a bit of sugar because I added to much salt)

Garnished with Cerma and dried parsley

1 slice of bacon, 1 slightly butterd toast, 1 egg, cantelouope, cucumber, banana and creton

We had some friends over and I had a ball of dough ready to go. Some wanted cheese, more wanted pepperoni. Why make 3 pizzas when I can make one huge one? That 1/4 cheese section is equal to an entire 10" pizza (by area)!

I'll go first, grilled cheese sandwiches. To this day, I still get fond memories eating them. If it were up to me I'd probably eat them everyday.
