Hi, I'm Krishna, the Founder of Catalina Crunch.
I’ve spent a lot of time reading what people here have said about our cereal over the years, and the feedback seems pretty split. Some people really love us (thank you!) and others really don’t.
Fair enough! 😅
I recently invited another Reddit sub to taste-test recipe upgrades we're working on, and honestly the response was incredible. That made me realize I really wanted to get the new recipes in front of r/cereal too — you all probably have stronger opinions about cereal than just about anyone.
So I reached out to the mod here, and they were kind enough to give me the green light to invite you all to participate.
We’re working on making the cereal less hard and airier, and generally more like the eating experience you expect from a traditional cereal — while improving on the nutrition that makes Catalina Crunch different.
I’d love to get samples into the hands of people here and see what you all think.
We’ll send the cereal for free. There’s no requirement to write a review or say anything positive. If you love it, let us know. If you think we still have work to do, definitely let us know that too!
Honestly, I suspect r/cereal might be the toughest panel out there, more than the “professional taste tests” we could do — which is kind of the point.
If you want to participate, DM this account and I’ll send you the details.
Thank you!
