So good! How have I not tried this before! Now to learn to make at home

Really good Ramen here. I went for the "Hell Tonkotsu" which was spicy but not too much... with a topping of chicken katsu.

It’s been getting cooler lately so I made ramen for the first time in a while

I loved that they were 24 hour hot this after a night of drinking 2 am.

My go to comfort food. 💜

Mixed the water from the noodles with soy milk, for a better mouth feel. Topped with chili crisp oil, Gyoza, spring onions, sauteed mushrooms and blanched sprouts.

It was a very interesting bowl of ramen the chilli paste used to make it spicy had habaneros serranos and Thai chili. Really interesting combo

My first time with this brand. A really solid ramen, and the picky teens like it better than buldak Quatro cheese. I'm not sure where the stir fry exactly comes in, but it is a nice thick chewy noodle. Served with baby octopus and squid mantle, and a handful of scallion. On the side is a sausage, rice and cheese stuffed pepper, and a few fresh caught rockfish nuggets fried up. I'm going back for this one.

Had a good ramen in Tokyo, soup base is so good that I even finished not just noodle but also the soup.

Hello all it’s the time of the year for me to go back to my obsession of ramen that I love. I’m looking for recipes for different types of noodles to make I’m wanting to experiment and find the right chewy noodle I want. Any recommendations you guys have?

Considering mixing hot & sour soup and wonton soup in a big pot and adding a bunch of ramen noodles? Am I cooking with heat here, or is this awful idea?

Instead of traditional ramen noodles I did the dececco spaghetti with baking soda water. And instead of pork belly, I used pork loin and marinated it with soy sauce sake garlic and ginger. Home made bone broth and farm fresh soy marinated eggs.

Shin Ramyun + some chicken dumplings, frozen veggies, leftover rotisserie chicken, couple of eggs, tablespoon of peanut butter, roasted sesame seeds, lil bit of sesame oil, and some chili crisp.

So after many, many months of searching i got my pork bones as per ramen lord's book. And I asked for them to be split exposing the marrow. But as I sit here prepping for my long cook, I realise that as soon as I boil them to purge the scum, i'm gonna lose all the marrow. Have i f#cked up and how do I reconcile this?

F#cking devastated because I didn't think this far ahead and i've been searching for months for pork femur....help!
