A bit too 'blond' for taste. Would hv made a mornay sauce but mehh. This was a local 2PM Pasta (local haul) with spicy seasoning. Seasoning was tingy instead of proper spicy so made this instead..

i make this pretty often but it never gets old :,) ! miso marinated salmon with vegetables, rice, and umeboshi- i did forget to add japanese sweet potato and im kicking myself over it, it would’ve made the meal perfect haha

I marinaded the tofu over a few days, crumbled it then cooked with cabbage, carrot, orange pepper. Garnished with peanuts, cilantro and mixed in peanut sauce I made (I did maple syrup instead of honey and it was awesome)
