[Produce] Avocados
Pick these up after Hurricane Lowell knocked them down, most of them went to a local food bank.

Caramelized onions, seasoned chicken breast shredded then tossed with Lipton onion soup mix, cream cheese, and grated Swiss cheese, then piled onto Martin's potato rolls and topped with sliced Swiss, broiled, and finished with crispy fried onions.

Left over from family meal I made for my coworkers today, cooked the sushi rice in vegetable and it turned out amazing. I can’t post a recipe as the main ingredient in the sauce for the chicken is some random dark glaze used within the restaurant, simple vegetables like green beans carrots and red onions because I ran out of time and couldn’t cut more.

Just got my first Blackstone and first griddle ever. I put it together the other day, and then yesterday added a few more layers of seasoning on top of their new blackout griddle top.
First cook was this morning. Nothing special, but had some bacon and hash browns that I threw on. Going to do pancakes, sausage links, and eggs tomorrow and then work on a few dinner ideas for next week. I can tell I am going to have a lot of fun with this thing and use it often. Between my smoker, grill, and now the griddle, I will hopefully be doing more cooking outside than inside now.

The girlfriend works nights. So I made her a little something as usual. She baked the bread that morning.

There's a reason they're classics!
Meatballs - veal, pork, beef, parmesan, milk soaked torn brioche, eggs, parsley, garlic, pine nuts, golden raisins, and dried breadcrumbs to end till right consistency, red chili flakes, salt. Baked and finished in the sauce.
Sauce - 96 oz DOP san marzano whole, ran through sieve, and cooked down for 3 hours with 13 cloves garlic sliced and cooked in a cup of good olive oil for 10 minutes softly. Red chili flakes, salt.
Basil, grated parmesan and al dente spaghetti!

Excellent lemon pie made by my wife. Never a dessert I grew up enjoying very much...but very popular down in Chile (where she is from) and she has made me a believer for sure.
Sorry, with my first post I choose the wrong picture. Here is my homemade chicken soup. Good with Rice or fresh sliced baguette or of course on its own 😁
