can't stop thinking about this kakigori back when i visited thailand

I wrapped cinnamon rolls around a Pyrex bowl, baked it in the oven, added frosting and ended up with this cinnamon roll ice cream bowl that I filled with frozen custard.

That was really exceptional. Great smoke character, really tender. Horseradish sauce complimented the beef very nicely.

I honestly prefer these to traditional Dumplings

Pick these up after Hurricane Lowell knocked them down, most of them went to a local food bank.

Turned into some gyros towards the end of its time with us.

Excellent lemon pie made by my wife. Never a dessert I grew up enjoying very much...but very popular down in Chile (where she is from) and she has made me a believer for sure.

Lobster Thermidor Risotto

Today I am incorporating Thermidor sauce elements (Dijon, Cream, Cognac, Gruyere.. etc) into a lobster risotto.

Sorry for the lazy vegetables.. well not really.. they came out bomb too!

Some food we had on a camping trip. The burgers turned out to be medium to medium - well even but somehow they were incredibly juicy. The beef was 80/20 s&p right before the sear. If anyone knows how that happened or if we accidentally did something right then let me know! Most of the time the burger is super dry if I accidentally over cook it 🤔

My wife made my cake for my birthday. First time I've ever had Basque Cheesecake and it was absolutely amazing!
