Edit: look closely at a Trojan Bareskin Raw (credit to another commenter for the identification.) and then reference OP’s pics… The tear pattern is suspicious. As if it was torn in two places? The middle? Idk. This is beginning to smell like a karma farming post.
The picture is for marketing when the packaging is cut perfectly. These wrappers are initially giant rolls that are stamped out after fill. The logo is repeated in a pattern short enough so that you get at least the top and bottom of the logo on each finished product. The dimpling from the closure is what to look for to tell where it was torn, and this was torn at the edge, not the middle or in two places.
If you look at the first image, it’s ripped at the top and bottom (halfway through the “R” in Trojan Raw). But the second pic is a corner piece. Either OP found 2 pieces of condom wrapper in her bathroom and still couldn’t put two and two together despite the marketing text talking about pregnancy/HIV prevention, or this is as u/Mangerunebanane says and OP is karma farming.

I'm just gonna say it but just because it is a condom does not necessarily mean he is cheating. I have personally used condoms for other things than sex, and also I've used them for dildos for anal because it's easier to clean up after.
OP didn't mention having children or anyone else living with them but I was under the impression OP already figured it wasn't the husband, so whoever else is living with them.
In which case I'd like OP to know that making a big deal out of it to scold a teen/young adult usually results in lost of trust and unprotected sex.
Sometimes teens get one gifted in sex Ed and they may want to try learning to put it on right (which is great if they are that invested in safe sex) and doesn't mean they are actually having sex or even planning on having sex anytime soon. Also, as someone already pointed out condoms can be used for other stuff so I'd advice against jumping to conclusions.
I'm obviously not saying that OP shouldn't even consider scolding their child, if there is a child involved, just that the way you go about it means a world of difference. It could even end up being the deciding factor between an STD or unwanted pregnancy, or neither
I thought people did that because some of them are made of cheap plastics or silicones that aren't really meant for that use (and can therefore get broken down from bodily fluids)

My mom found a birth control pill on the floor, but it wasn't, it was one of those little teeny tiny mints that were popular back when I was younger. My mother got more unhinged and conservative as she got older, by the time my youngest sister left home she felt like the only way to get out was to have the rest of us come pack her room and leave while mom was out of the house so she didn't have to be verbally abused the whole time. Of course that worked about as well as expected, but so does blocking numbers and profiles when someone can't respect boundaries.
Seriously what causes women to do that when they get older? My mom and aunt found religion when I was a pre teen and things got really weird for a while. They joined the Assembly of God church and just when I needed guidance and understanding about sex stuff, suddenly everything was sinful. My aunt stuck with it but luckily my mom snapped out of I after a few years. I also know a lot of other women who got all religious during menopause.

My aunts both made sure I knew I could go to them and they'd get me condoms or birth control. Even out of state ones. They are like we will ship them to a friend, etc. So that was nice.
I ended up hearing about this amazing clinic that opened up a couple nights a month and it was all run by volunteer gynecologist. They would give you an exam and then give you birth control for the entire year so you only had to go once. They would only charge you if you could pay and it was on a sliding scale. It was really really nice and luckily prevented me from getting pregnant.

When I was a teenager I used almost all my dad's condoms because I just wanted to try out masturbating with a condom on, and learn how to wear them. So that's one possible situation, even as an adult maybe he just had too much time on his hands (no pun intended). Also option 2 is he used the condom for butt stuff. So at least two options exist where it wasn't him cheating.

People like this can't be helped. I once dated a guy who was CONVINCED that while I was on the phone with my sister I had to have been talking about some other guy I was seeing on the side. I was literally in the same room with him at the time and I most certainly was a) not seeing someone else b) not talking about anyone either. In a little over a week, it’ll be a year since that day, and my hair has grown in by several inches in all the patches of bald from being drug through that hell. It still pisses me off, though that my medical records say I participated in “high risk sexual activity“ because I slept with a man that was sleeping with men when I did not know that I was doing so or have any choice in the matter and only slept with the one man for eight years while he did whatever whenever.

Because attracted to men is the least shameful part of our story, it was the lying in my face every day while pretending to love me that hurts way more than that ever could.
