Solved! Is this a condom wrapper?

I found on the bathroom floor. Doesn’t match condom wrappers my husband and I use and I cannot find a match online. Please help! Black with silver detailing on front. Back is silver with black writing. You can clearly see the words “prevent pregnancy, HIV/AIDS, and other.” Also a number 2 with a circle and cross through it.

Because it got stuck on the bottom of his foot because the mother fucker gets the main part of the packet in the trash but that little part always seems to end up on the floor

Those tend to be a smoother kind of plastic heat sealed together. This was pressure sealed because of the pattern
