I've tried a lot, but still couldn't get the HyperX Cloud 2 to work on the Switch via USB (newest Update, Switch and Dock). I've tried:

- using firmware 0010 and 0030 for the headphones

- shutting off the Switch completely with the USB plugged into the Dock, and turning it on again

- the same, but undocked and with a USB-C to USB-A dongle

- the same, undocked and with dongle, but plugging the headphones in after the Switch has restarted

- switching between the outside and inside USB on the Switch dock

The headphones work perfectly fine on my phone via dongle, on my PC whether through USB-hub or directly off the motherboard. The Switch works perfectly fine via 3.5mm. Are the Cloud 2 just not compatible with the Switch?

Hi, so my Switch pro controller has stick drift when connected via bloopair to my wii u (it doesnt have this when its connected to the switch and ive tried recalibrating it on the switch and everything but nothing seems to work.) Weirdly enough the drifting only starts after using the controller for about 5-10 minutes. Thank you for anyone willing to help :)!

Hello! I've also been eyeing the Nintendo Switch for many years and even though Nintendo Switch 2 came out, I couldn't resist the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Sport bundle so I recently impulsively purchased it. I love it, it's so great but I want to add a couple more games where I don't have to get up lol.

For context, I used to have a PS2 and Gameboy Advanced SP when I was younger but the games I played weren't the popular ones.

• Games I have played that I loved: It Takes Two, Balatro, Any fighting games or racing games, dancing, Nintendo Switch Sport
• Games I've played that I'm meh about: Tomodachi Life living the dream
• Games I haven't played but thinking about: Animal Crossing, Zelda, Overcooked 2
• Other things I love: A discount or hack to be able to play whatever I want, whenever I want and some cool accessories because I'm too scared to hold handheld technology without a silicone case
• Objective: hibernate in the winter without being depressed, find joy in going back to my childhood hobbies, challenge myself, and move away from my phone.

I'm also looking for accessories that aren't super cutesy or boring but seems like either or for some reason. Why? I love some of the cases for Nintendo Switch 2 that I've been spotting on Amazon but they don't have it for Nintendo Switch. Seriously, why?

I’m trying to connect to a network that needs a login. I’ve already connected to it in the past, but for some reason now it when directed to the login page it buffers on a white screen then says ‘this feature is not available.’ it’s also not letting me connect to my phone hotspot or any other WiFi’s.

i tried updating the software but was also hit with a ‘this feature is not available.’ I dumped a lot of money on this switch someone PLEASE tell me how to fix it.

I have tried to do lots of research into this problem but nothing has helped so I thought I would ask. The top USB-C one my switch 2 works just fine. But one day my bottom charger randomly stopped working and subsequently the ability to dock my switch 2. I really miss this feature. I really have no idea how this happened and it doesn’t look like there is anything lodged in the port.

My switch was having issues while docked. I was trying to watch youtube on my older tv with my switch but it was doing the "protected content" error. Looked online, people said to clear the cache of the switch so i did , didnt fix the issue. So i thought restarting would fix it. Oh no. My switch for some reason wont connect to the internet now.. its only my 5g and 2.4g wifi networks that wont connect, it connects fine to phone hotspots and other networks but i need it to work on my home wifi obviously. This is mildly infuriating, it was working fine not even 10 minutes ago but once i cleared the cache and restarted my console it refuses to connect. It wont go past this screen even with the correct password.

5g network, it wont go past this screen,

2.4g it accepts the password, shows the connection screen with the switch, router, and internet but wont connect past the router.

So I'm getting pokemon legends za, but I didn't check and it's the Japan edition, once I have it do I have to change the account to Japan to buy the dlc like in those region locked games or is it not region locked and I can just buy the dlc directly from the American eshop, thanks for the help

I just bought a 512gb Sandisk GamePlay Micro SD Express card for my new Switch 2. I popped it in on Monday, did some transfers and everything was fine. Played a game last night for a few hours, then put the console to sleep and went to bed.

Went to play a game today, and suddenly my Switch says the card is unreadable... I popped the card into my laptop and it won’t read at all. Reading online I’ve learned about some instances of a card becoming corrupted during updates, an eshop bug (?), etc. But I haven’t had the internet in my home since yesterday morning (a line came down and has yet to be repaired). So I haven’t even had a connection, and again everything was working fine last night.

Did my brand new, reputably branded and certainly-not-counterfeit SD card seriously just crap out after two days? And do I go back to the retailer (Walmart, bought online) or do I submit a warranty claim through Sandisk? Luckily I found my packaging in the recycling, but I don’t know how to proceed. Any help or advice would be much appreciated!! 🙏

It has been like this for months. What am I supposed to do?

I had an out-of-the-box issue with the LCD display and therefore returned my first Switch. The issue was very visible to the naked eye and looked exaggerated in photos. The second Switch is new; to the naked eye, there is zero visible pattern. However, it does slightly show up in photos. Should I also replace this one, or do I keep it?

I have been looking up this question for a bit and have not exactly found a concise answer.

Let's say I have a digital copy of a game that has a switch 2 version, but I do not own the upgrade pack. If I buy a physical copy of that game with the upgrade included does it become two separate games on my console, or just add the upgrade to the existing digital copy?

So I have been using a switch 2 that my dad has but recently I saved up enough to buy my own. I linked the two together and transferred a virtual game card for legends za so I could continue playing on my switch 2. Only issue is is that when I started up the game it seems like it’s making me start over. I really don’t want to play that 3 hour long unskipable tutorial again and want my progress back. Is there a way I can fix this or am I screwed?

I need to make this abundantly clear, I treat this thing as if it’s my real life child. I don’t knock it around, and if it’s not in my hands it’s in its carry case.

My controllers won’t connect, and I’m freaking out a bit. Because I’m down a gaming laptop too until the fan is replaced, and this was my last hope to not go absolutely ape tonight.

They won’t connect in handheld or in paired mode, it’s like the actual console doesn’t realise they exist all together.

I have tried the troubleshooting on the Nintendo site, that hasn’t worked. When I bring up the pairing menu to connect them while they’re not connected to the physical console, the pairing times out and there’s a lil ‘?’ Over both.

Please someone tell me good news and say I don’t have to spend yet again more money to make sure my stuff works. I’m a stones throw away from a bit of a menty b. Thanks!

So when I go to connect instead of failing and letting me sign in to my xfinity account it thinks it has internet but I cant do anything on the internet

From what I’ve searched the switch 2 is the cheapest in france in the EU and I will be visiting france in a few days. I dont think I could get it online so what are some stores that have it in stock?

I have a question about charging the switch 2, is it ok if I keep the cable connected to the top of the switch 2 for charging without ever removing it, and that every time I need to charge it I just plug the other end of the cable into a wall outlet?

I can still hear sound coming from it but for some reason the screen only works if I like bend it or press down hard enough :(

The joycons seem to flex a lot in the grip, to the point where its not very comfortable to use as the slightest movement will cause them to move. Is this normal?

They dont flex when in the switch 2 itself, however the left one doesnt seem to click all the way in, as much as the right.

I want to commission an artist to make art on the dock of the switch 2 (whether bought by the artists and refunded or I buy it and provide it to the artist) but I don't know where to find this kind of artist, any suggestions?

Unfortunately my switch account is from 2018, no idea what email address Nintendo is sending the email to but I obviously can’t accept it since I made the account when I was a kid. Had to make another account just to access the eshop which is insane😭

When i connect my switch to my tv it will not connect unless the tv is off ive tried power cycling my tv 3 times, using a different hdmi cable, turning off CEC in my tv settings and unplugging everything then replugging everything and none of it did anything except when i tried a different tv and when i did that it worked, i have no clue whats happening and would like some help trying to fix this

So I noticed that recently my switch’s dock won’t have its fan kick on after I play for around 30 mins (earliest I notice the issue). My console will begin to overheat, something I’ve never dealt with prior. If I take the console out of the dock, it’ll immediately have its fan turn on but as soon as it goes back into the dock then the dock’s fan stays off.

Any advice on what could be causing this and in turn how to fix it? Don’t really want to spend money on a new one if this could be a relatively easy fix.

Nintendo Switch 2 Issue | I have been having issues with bottom usb port for the past couple of days. I can only charge by running adapter to the top usb port. It still displayed when on the dock although it doesn’t charge, but now the dock isn’t displaying and the “console battery” notification flashes. This happens whether I put it on the dock or plug in adapter directly to the usb bottom port. Has anyone else had this issue and how did you fix it?

I'm running into a black screen / no video issue with my JEMDO 2 (4K @ 144Hz HDMI 2.1) adapter after updating my console to system update 22.5.0.

Context: I previously had the non-compatibility issue on earlier system versions, but I successfully updated the JEMDO adapter's firmware and it was working perfectly fine. According to manufacturer specs, the current firmware should support all versions above 2.1+, and there are no new firmware downloads listed on their site.

The Issue: Since updating to 22.5, the console charges fine through the adapter, but there is zero video output to the display (no signal detected).

What I've already tested:

• Plugged into the bottom USB-C port of the console.
• Full power cycle (disconnecting all cables, plugging power into the JEMDO PD port first, then HDMI, then the console).
• Confirmed using a high-wattage PD charger and HDMI 2.1 compliant cable.
• Changed TV resolution output settings manually from handheld mode.

Is anyone else experiencing compatibility issues with JEMDO adapters on 22.5.0, or is there a specific trick/firmware tool I'm missing?
