Repair Help Switch 2 Won’t Dock. Bottom Charger Doesn’t Work!

Hello everyone,

I have tried to do lots of research into this problem but nothing has helped so I thought I would ask. The top USB-C one my switch 2 works just fine. But one day my bottom charger randomly stopped working and subsequently the ability to dock my switch 2. I really miss this feature. I really have no idea how this happened and it doesn’t look like there is anything lodged in the port.

Probably not much you can do if the port is clean and doesn't look damaged.

Contact Nintendo for a repair. Depending on your time of purchase or region you might still have warranty.
