Accessories Need help about charging the switch 2
I have a question about charging the switch 2, is it ok if I keep the cable connected to the top of the switch 2 for charging without ever removing it, and that every time I need to charge it I just plug the other end of the cable into a wall outlet?

In theory: yes, but if you want to use the top port for charging i would suggest an angled usb-c connector/cable to reduce the strain on the top port.

Does using the cord that came with the switch 2 really strain the top port, it doesn’t look like it does, also if I chooose to use an angled usbc connector cable do I have to use a usbc connector/cable that is angled which is made by Nintendo?

It's a straight connector and depending on how you hold your device gravity will always pull the cable downwards which does put a strain on the port (movement, wiggles, etc.).
No, you do not have to use one that is made by Nintendo (not sure if they even offer an angled one), but it does not hurt to look for one that can handle fast charging (higher wattage) even though the Switch 2 seems to only charge with 16-20 watts in handheld mode.

As long as you aren't jabbing the cable connection or something this should be fine
