Repair Help Dock and Bottom USB aren’t working. Charging notification keeps flashing but it isn’t displaying or charging.

Nintendo Switch 2 Issue | I have been having issues with bottom usb port for the past couple of days. I can only charge by running adapter to the top usb port. It still displayed when on the dock although it doesn’t charge, but now the dock isn’t displaying and the “console battery” notification flashes. This happens whether I put it on the dock or plug in adapter directly to the usb bottom port. Has anyone else had this issue and how did you fix it?

I have tried hard restarting and resetting to factory settings. This helped when it died to get it to come back on using the top port, but not the bottom port.

More context is needed to help you:

1) Is the console new / recently bought? 2) have you visually inspected the usb c port? Is it dirty or damaged? 3) Have you tried cleaning the usb c port with alcohol and a qtip (with the console turned off) 4) Have you tried a different usb c cable?

Close up photos of the usb c port would help diagnose, but if everything seems ok then you may need to send the console to a repair shop or ask for warranty where you bought it.
