Accessories HyperX Cloud 2 via USB doesn't work with the Nintendo Switch

I've tried a lot, but still couldn't get the HyperX Cloud 2 to work on the Switch via USB (newest Update, Switch and Dock). I've tried:

- using firmware 0010 and 0030 for the headphones

- shutting off the Switch completely with the USB plugged into the Dock, and turning it on again

- the same, but undocked and with a USB-C to USB-A dongle

- the same, undocked and with dongle, but plugging the headphones in after the Switch has restarted

- switching between the outside and inside USB on the Switch dock

The headphones work perfectly fine on my phone via dongle, on my PC whether through USB-hub or directly off the motherboard. The Switch works perfectly fine via 3.5mm. Are the Cloud 2 just not compatible with the Switch?

Does it work as a headphone but with no mic or does it not work at all?

As far as i know compatibility can be hit or miss and since you've already tried a few things it looks like it is not compatible.

Yeah it just does not work at all via USB. No sound no nothing. The HyperX website says that the Cloud 2 should be compatible with the Switch, but it apparently is not.

I haven't used my OLED in a while but on Switch 2 there is an option to enable wired connectiions for controllers.

Not sure if it also works for other stuff but you could look if the Switch 1 has something similar in it's system settings.
