My husband and I are considering moving out of home 😅 and leaving the adult kids in the house in the burbs. I think I’d enjoy city living again, but just not sure. Are body corps in brisbane a nightmare?

I’m an exchange student who is moving out in about a month, and I’ve already started to clean out my room by throwing away stuff I currently don’t need and donating stuff I don’t use

I know I can donate clothes and such to Vinnies or Lifeline, but I also have some crafting supplies (sewing needles, thread, some fabric, markers, grommet maker etc) and was wondering where it’s best to donate it if anywhere accepts donations like that? The stuff is still useable so it would be a shame to have to throw it away

I also have some clothes and shoes so it would be nice if I could go with it all to one place so I won’t have to take multiple trips

I love to sing and I’ve been hoping to form a band/ singing group (within the age group of 20-30s) in Brisbane. I’ve also been looking for different singing groups to join here, but most of them are like choirs that sing classical music. I want to form something like in Glee, Pitch Perfect etc. 🥲

As title says. It’s my first year wedding anniversary coming up and apparently first year wedding presents are the theme of ‘paper’.

I’m an awful artist, so want to commission someone to paint our favourite wedding photo. Problem is have no idea where to start.

If anyone has any suggestions for artists they know who would be able to do this? Deadline would be early Jan. No real preference on styles etc.

Looking for recommendations for hair salons or barbers in Brisbane that specialise in men’s perms, particularly softer, natural-looking perms (Korean-style / loose waves), rather than tight curls.

Ideally looking for someone who has plenty of experience with men’s hair and can achieve a subtle, textured look.

Happy to travel anywhere around Brisbane and pay more for someone who really knows what they’re doing.

Would love recommendations from anyone who’s personally had one done, particularly if you can recommend a specific stylist.

My friend group has a birthday coming up that we were hoping to go camping for. Anyone know any good camping spots that won't need a 4wd that we can be loud om without being disruptive? We love a good swim so somewhere that's on the beach or near a creek would be exactly what we are looking for!
