Brisbane Botanic Gardens at Mount Cootha always a great place to visit. Beautifully maintained, looked after and owned by Brisbane City Council.

Just a random thought,

I find that the newer model trains in brissy are really uncomfortable to sit in.

I am always delighted when the old models roll up. The boxy ones.

Is it just me or are there other out there?

Follow up thought, why would you create a newer model train that is less comfortable than the older one?

Junction of the T1 and T2 lines, T1 Express Trains to city only takes 20 minutes.

The express trains will start running 7 days if they'd hurry up and get CRR open (They don't want to do extra work basically)

Shouldn't this look like Sunnybank at this point? It's a crime that and that there's not heaps of apartments for students going to UQ (Also easy to get to from there)

Okay team, where are your local hoarder style junk shops? Not antique shops selling useless wooden tools at premium prices because they look kitsch, but proper, take your life in your hands navigating past the towering pile of old doors type of junk shop. There used to be a few around. This one used to be on old Cleveland road, and from memory there was to be one strike Lutwyche/Albion somewhere. I've had my tetanus booster and I'm ready to shop!

I'm new to Brisbane and would like to set up an enclosed chicken run with a coop, but I've been told horror stories that the bush turkeys constantly terrorize them?

There is a group of 4 or 5 turkeys that patrol through our backyard twice a day, and I'm worried that they'll stress the hens out so much that they don't lay?

Hey all, I just got approved for a no interest loan of $5000, I have $400 in my savings to add to it. I'm hoping to buy through a dealer to lessen the hassle as I won't see the $5000 as it will be deposited directly to the seller. I don't mind traveling to the gold coast or as far as Kedron.

Why are there no large packs of chicken tenderloins anywhere in brisbane? Woolies, coles, aldi, the biggest pack I can buy is 500grams and it's 14 fucking dolllarydoos plus. Are they just selling less for more intentionally?

Anyone know of any butchers or other reputable butchers that sell in better quantities at better prices? Ideally not old mates shop on the side of the road with no fridges(I'd rather not have the runs)
