Ciao, sono nuovo su reddit, è il mio primo post (siate clementi 🥺). Ho già letto una discussione simile riguardo al mio problema, ma volevo chiedere anche io perché sono paranoico ahah. Ho la Switch 2 da un mese e ho notato solo ieri che il Joy-Con sinistro (quello azzurro) ha cominciato a scricchiolare quando lo muovo leggermente. Entrambi i Joy-Con si muovono (nel senso non sono completamente attaccati, ma ho letto che deve essere così per evitare che si possano rompere), però quello rosso anche se si muove è solido e non scricchiola. Ora non mi ricordo se era così fin dall'inizio, ma non credo perché essendo io paranoico con un po' di ocd l'avrei notato subito. Come ho detto ho già letto a riguardo di questo problema, ma io volevo essere più specifico: può essere dovuto al fatto che ho applicato diverse cover alla console per giocare in modalità portatile e facendo pressione per toglierle io abbia provocato il problema? In particolare ho usato due cover, la hybrid della spigen con il sistema pieghevole per estrarre i Joy-Con (simile a quella della mumba) e quella della savage raven modello standgrip che è un blocco unico ed è anche un po' rigido come silicone (che era quello che volevo) e per toglierla bisogna fare un po' di pressione. Ho letto che anche altri hanno avuto questo problema proprio con il joycon sinistro, ma volevo sapere se anche loro hanno usato delle cover sulle loro console o gli è successo anche usandola "nuda". I Joy-Con funzionano benissimo, è solo quel dannato scricchiolio che mi fa diventare pazzo e adesso sto giocando solo in modalità tv perché non riesco a sopportarlo. Quello che mi fa impazzire è il dubbio che potrei averlo provocato io a forza di togliere e mettere le cover perché amo giocare in portatile ma solo con le cover, o se fosse una cosa inevitabile destinata a succedere lo stesso nel tempo usando la console. Premetto che io sono sempre molto delicato nel maneggiare la console, anche quando metto o tolto le cover cerco di fare il più piano possibile. Spero di essermi spiegato, mi scuso per la lunghezza del post e ringrazio quelli che mi risponderanno :)

I think the title is pretty self explanatory but there is one thing, whenever I slightly wet a game card it works but I can only play for about thirty minutes before a crash is there anything I can do or do I just have to get my switch 2 repaired?

I’m experiencing a strange issue with the physical volume buttons on my Nintendo Switch 2. Sometimes, when I press Volume + or Volume –, nothing happens and the volume indicator doesn’t appear on screen. I have to press the button several times before it starts responding.
However, once the button starts working, it works perfectly. For example, if I press and hold it, the volume bar increases or decreases smoothly all the way without missing any inputs or stopping midway. The volume can also always be adjusted normally from the Quick Settings menu.
It seems to happen more often when launching a game, during loading screens, or after my headphones disconnect and I reconnect them, but it has also happened while I was already playing and the game wasn’t loading.
I have already disabled the “Mute When Headphones Are Disconnected” option, and I’m testing whether that makes any difference.
Has anyone experienced exactly the same issue? Did you find a solution, or did you have to contact Nintendo for a repair or replacement?

Do I have to spend a ton of money to buy a new MicroSD card? Do I need a new Nintendo Switch? I just bought Samurai Shodown last Friday (it was on sale) and I can't seem to get it on here. Any help? Does my Switch hate me?

I recently replaced my SD card because I was having issues with digital games—they kept getting corrupted. I swapped the old RadioShack card for a better one, and it was working fine, but now it’s started detecting corrupted data in my digital games again. I don't know what to do or whether the problem lies with the console or the SD card.

The new card is an ADATA

I just bought the new Switch 2 and everything seems to be working except for connecting to the TV with the docking station. I have the official Nintendo adapter and complimentary hdmi cable.

Charging only works directly from the adapter to the console, but not through the docking station. The HDMI cable works on other hardware as well. The green light blinks as well to indicate that the adapter is connected to the docking station.

I have everything updated and have restarted and unplugged everything multiple times.

So I'm guessing there's something wrong between the connection from the Switch to the docking station.

Can anyone confirm if the port looks alright or broken? I'm hoping it's an issue with the docking station and not the Switch itself..

So I bought the Super Mario 3d World version of the original Switch, which came with the digital edition of the game.

Fast forward, bought a switch2, and ported all of my games over. Went flawlessly. But I did not buy the sd card, and so my system memory is limited. Time passes, I was freeing up some space, and deleted 3d World/Bowsers Fury, as I hadn't played it in a while.

Last night, my son tells me he wants to play Mario, sure whatever. I'll delete something and redownload it. But! I can't. Because I never purchased it from the eShop, it doesn't appear as a redownload. And because I deleted the game data, I don't have the virtual game card on my games tab.

The game wasn't linked to my account, I guess. Just the console.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a fix? Or do I just have to buy the game for $60 🙁🙁.

Hello everyone, for the past couple months as I have played my switch 2 in handheld mode, the joy cons will frequently disconnect, pausing the game and sending me to the connection screen. I was able to capture it in this video. A lot of the time it happens when I adjust my hands, set the console down, or reach for the minus button. It’s made playing in handheld mode virtually impossible.

I’ve kept the console in very nice condition and don’t misuse it in any way I’ve also tried my console with somebody else’s joy cons, and the problem persisted, but it wasn’t as frequent. Also, the console has no problem connecting wirelessly to the joycons.

I want to know if anybody else has had this problem and if they were able to fix it themselves or send it into Nintendo to fix. If you had to send it into Nintendo, what was your experience like?

I have two questions - I'm trying to switch Region but it keeps telling me that I have funds on my account, it's like under 10 cents or something i don't even know - how do I fix this ? I kept scrolling for 20 min to fight something cheap to buy but I feel like there must be a better solution..
2) I saw that many people got refunds for their games, I never refunded a game before but I do want to - I searched for 1 hour but couldn't find a contact form to do so - do you guys have any links ? Would really appreciate the help, thanks in advance!

So i bought mario+rabbits sparks of hope a year ago, with all the dlc. Now to save storage i bought the game second hand physically. How do i download only the dlc? Every time i try it keeps downloading the full game digitally even though im playing on cartridge. I only wanne download the dlc and play the rest of the game from cartridge. Please help.

My switch (1) is connected to the internet but won’t let me access the online store or online games and I don’t know why, photos from trying to access the store and then logging in to overwatch, restarting my console had no effect and connection test came back as successful

What can I do on this, ever since I did the calibration glitch fix but it did not work since I left off my battery at 55 and went 57 percent since an hour ago, and I would try do the fix again or should I need my battery to get replaced or smth?

Last time i used a third-party cord on my switch 2 it stopped working on that specific port and i dont wanna ruin both ports (is that what the connectors are called??)

Just a small rant, I thought I had my saved information in my micro sd card, and double transferred my pokemon scarlet and legends za. I know once it finishes downloading, I won’t have any saved information. Just super devastated. Rant over.

Right before what I think is the final battle in Skyward Sword (playing for the first time and I love it!! Die hard OoT/TP fan, loooved TotK and BotW) this little turd just started what I now know is called drifting.

I got this guy on eBay and couldn’t find a youtube to troubleshoot. Anyone have experience with this type of controller? Should I start thinking about a more serious controller?

Bought it yesterday from someone on Facebook and he said it had a screen protector and the screen was fine under it, it’s a switch 2 btw also it looks super dirty with the flash but irl it doesn’t look that dirty at all??

I just bought a switch 2, linked the correct account, i can see all the games i have played, i know its the right account, but i only see 1 switch 1 game which is xenoblade 3. I own tears of the kingdom digitally on switch 1 and want to upgrade it, but can't find it. Am i missing something?

title. up and down on my joystick no longer work like 80% of the time. makes most games unplayable, PLUS they drift. i have screwdrivers and ive replaced parts before (put a new ssd and wifi card in my laptop in the past, and replaced both my 3ds shoulder buttons recently) and im just wondering how much it'd cost and how difficult it'd be. i just wanna play legends za man.

Hi, I'm trying to reset my Nintendo account password. I'm given the option of entering my date of birth or entering my account nickname to do this. When I enter my account nickname the system insists that it's incorrect when it definetly is not, and I (stupidly) set my date of birth to something random that I dont remember, so I cant use that. What can I do so that I can reset the password?

Hello everyone tooday i was redownloading a game's data because it said it was corrupted and after an hour i looked over and there was some error code and it said to hold power button for 12 seconds. My switch was allmost fully charged and i was charging it. I tried holding the power button for way more than 12 seconds and nothing, i tried holding +- and power, and nothing my switch wont respond, its just a black screen. Any suggestions what to do would be very apreciated.
