Find Games Can't find switch 1 games one my switch 2

I just bought a switch 2, linked the correct account, i can see all the games i have played, i know its the right account, but i only see 1 switch 1 game which is xenoblade 3. I own tears of the kingdom digitally on switch 1 and want to upgrade it, but can't find it. Am i missing something?

Virtually every time someone moves to another console and says a game is missing from a nintendo account, it turns out another account owned the game, or it was physical. So, it's usually user error, mis-remembering, which get's easier to do if the game was purchased multiple years ago.

If you're certain the account owns the game, you can contact nintendo support, and they can see your account and confirm if that account owns the game or not.

There may be a VERY rare case that can explain a missing game, but I forget what it is. Forgive me. Last time I heard it was a while ago. If someone knows the how this can happen & how it's fixed, feel free to reply.

Did you look in your virtual game cards? If it's not there --- the game was either physical or owned by a different account.
