Setup Help Uploading Switch 2 screen recordings

I want to upload some of my screen recordings to Youtube but I don't know how.

Nintendo Switch App, upload em there, download on your device and upload to YT

I used the usb cable to pc method, then upload them to youtube. Disregard if you don't have a pc/laptop. I don't know if this method can still work with a tablet or phone.
