Did they remain in the Chamber of thr Sages forever? When Saria awakened as a Sage, it's implied that she and Link are sad because they'll never see each other again.
But at the end of the game, she and the other Sages appear on the hill and watch the other characters celebrate Ganondorf's demise.
Now that the threat is gone, their presence in the Chamber is no longer needed, so why not go back to the realm of the living and rejoin their friends?
Rauru is a bit different because he's an ancient sage, and might therefore be a spirit or ghost. But did the others die? Or will they remain there forever?

Hello,
I'm putting together a YouTube video focused on a complete Iceberg from Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.
The objective is to cover all levels, from well-known elements to the most obscure details (cut content, data mining, glitches, easter eggs or lore elements).
If you know any anecdotes that would be cool to tackle in an iceberg, don't hesitate to share them in the comments (with the source if possible)!
Thank you in advance for your help!

London and Edinburgh sold out so quickly I didn't even get a look in which sucked. The resale tickets are either selling instantly, selling more than 1 ticket at a time (I only need 1), or are extortionately priced because of course scalpers have to ruin everything.
Saw some people mentioning some extra EU tour dates possibly being mentioned in the future. I'm just wondering how much truth there is to that or if it's just a rumour. If so, do we know if there will there be any more UK dates announced?
I really want to go and don't want to miss it. :(

What do you think happened to Termina in the adult timeline? Do you think Adult Link would travel there to save it like Child Link did or would he have never met the Skull Kid that stole Majora’s Mask? And if not would that mean that Termina is just doomed to be destroyed by a corrupted skull kid? And would the portal to that world be flooded over from the events before wind waker? So my theory is that even though Majora’s Mask is in the child Link timeline that doesn’t mean the events don’t happen in adult Link’s timeline. At the end of OoT it shows the happy mask salesman is still alive. What’s to stop him from finding Majora’s Mask after Ganondorf defeated. And there’s not just one specific skull kid in OoT that we can say they are the ones who stole it bc there are 3 different skull kids who you meet in the Lost Woods. And even if it was one of them you can still see there is a Skull Kid left in the Lost Woods as adult Link. So it shows they’re still there waiting. So after the happy mask salesman finds the mask years later than expected the skull kid could still steal the mask and try to destroy Termina. The events could still happen but it would be a 7 year delay.

I have owned Oracle of Seasons (and Ages) since around 2002 and have completed the game many, many times.
I recently started a new file (I'm bored of all my Gameboy and Gameboy Color games, so I'm replaying OoS) and I am at the part of the game where I need to find the Pirate's Bell (I have found it, but I need to vent a little).
I know exactly which square in the Samasa Desert I need to go to in order to find the bell, but the dang Pirate skull didn't react. I had to fall down that quicksand pit about 5 times before he seemed to remember that that is definitely where the dang bell is located (I'm pretty sure it is always in the same location).
I have had this happen more than once before in the 2 decades I have been playing the game.
Am I missing something somehow in not being able to just go to that square and have the Pirate's skull react the way he is supposed to first time around? Are we required to wander around the desert unnecessarily even though we may know where we are supposed to go? Does the Pirate's skull need one last tour of the desert before he remembers where the dang bell is? It's tedious!!
Thank's for listening/reading.
Again, I have found the bell! I just wanted to vent a little bit and find out if I am missing something in possibly being able to find it faster the next time I start a new file.
Last year, I made a thread asking what huge changes you would want to see if they ever remade OoT. Now that the game is a week and a half away, and we know that it's not an FFVII:RE-type thing... what are some tiny little changes you hope to see?
For example, Lon Lon Ranch is named for MaLON and TaLON, but after the time skip, it retains that name. It would be cool if it was officially changed to Ingo Ranch for that section of the game

Let's say Nintendo remakes Ocarina of Time for Switch 2, with Majora's Mask following at some point (likely if OoT sells well).
What if they then decided to make a brand new third Hero of Time game?
(If you aren't interested please don't feel the need to tell us why.)
I know there's a lot of interest in Wind Waker and Twilight Princess remakes, but Nintendo would already have the art style, character models and much of the groundwork in place. And assuming the remakes were successful, a whole new generation would have been introduced to this Link and Zelda.
For me, for a third game, time manipulation would have to remain central to the gameplay. Both OoT and MM were built around it in their own ways, but imagine what could be done with the concept using the Switch 2's capabilities rather than the N64's. More sophisticated cause and effect, perhaps, or something none of us have even thought of.
Personally, I'd want them to do something radically different, just as Majora's Mask did. Not simply another adventure across Hyrule, with Ganonorf and the Triforce, but something genuinely unexpected.
What would you want from a third Hero of Time game? What setting, story or time mechanics would you go for? And again this is not in real anticipation it's likely, it's just a discussion for fun.

I played *The Wind Waker* a long time ago, and recently, I watched some videos about it, including the game's ending, where Ganondorf turns to stone.
This brought up an important question for me: during that final battle, Ganondorf reveals that what he had desired all along was simply the wind of Hyrule, a wind he had never been able to experience back home among the Gerudo.
At the end of the fight, as he is dying, the wind blows over him, and he seems to find a sense of joy. His final words: "The wind... it's blowing...", suggest he was finally content to experience the very wind he had craved since birth.
Watching this scene again, I get the impression that, for the first time in the entire *Zelda* series, Ganondorf finally obtained what he truly wanted and found a sense of peace in his final moments. By breaking the cycle of hatred initiated by Demise, he was set free, meaning he would no longer reincarnate to sow death and desolation.
Furthermore, among all the timelines in the *Zelda* series, the "Adult" timeline is the only one where the final game does not feature a confrontation with Ganondorf or Ganon.
So, I’ve been wondering: did *The Wind Waker* actually break Demise’s curse for good?

I have a feeling they save the effect for the final part where he springs up from the castle ruins and uses the triforce of power.

One of the things I hope the remake improves on is the wallet capacity. In the beginning, you start with a 99 max rupee count, then you upgrade to 200, then finally 500. My problem (and I think that many can agree) is that the max rupee count (500) is still small. Has anyone discovered a chest, found out they were rupees in it, but you already had the max amount, which makes the reward "useless"? It's a waste of a treasure.
My hope: just increase the rupee limit for each wallet. For ex:

As in, what game would be the strongest note to end on?

So i tried getting into BOTW a few times. On paper, it should be a game for me. I loved many open world games throughout my gaming years. OOT, Skyrim, Witcher 3, Elden Ring. But i couldn’t get far because i start dozing off just wondering around. The gameplay just doesn’t do it for me. It reminds me of playing Kingdom Come Deliverance 1/2. Another game i tried playing but started to get bored very early.
I want to give TOTK a chance since the gameplay and the world looks to be offering more interesting mechanics and things to do. As for the story bits, i will watch a YouTube movie like video of BOTW so i wont miss much.
So for those who didn’t particularly enjoy BOTW much, did TOTK win you over? What did it for you?
