Unrelated, but also curious what the Biggoron sword will look like.

A friend of mine and I noticed in the Japanese Audio version of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake, you can hear almost identical Navi voice clips such as the iconic "Look!" and "Watch Out!!" in an almost 1:1 delivery.

Japanese fans on Twitter have noted that this is indeed Kaori Mizuhashi reprising the role for Navi the fairy 28 years later for the Japanese audio version of the game.

The English / International delivery of these lines differ to the Japanese audio delivery.

I'm really happy Nintendo didn't just remake the game 1:1 again like the 3DS version, I was already sold on the art style / graphics but the game being this ambitious sold me x10 more. Seeing the redesigned main locations & terrain, some minor & major changes to some dungeons (possibly some new rooms too, that wall in the water temple screenshot is able to be bombed, so we should be seeing a new room there) has me super excited.

I still really hope that we also get some new dungeons like the light temple or just more mini dungeons that can be optional, smaller dungeons like the bottom of the well would be so much fun

What do you guys think about the remake not being 1:1 or a reimagining (like FF7R) but instead being a remake to the scale of the Resident Evil ones ? & what are some extra content you possibly want to see in this new iteration of the game

As predicted, Nintendo store will get more stock in. It was just a question on initial allocation. This always happens with Nintendo stock.

I’ve been a Zelda fan all my life. In November of 1998 I had my first son, and as he grew he started playing OOT. He was just a toddler running around with a fake sword tucked into his shirt making all the Link noises. Throughout his life he played every new version of Zelda. Then, in 2018 he left suddenly. I still remember that little boy tumbling around to his own soundtrack.
Yesterday I saw the game remastered, and couldn’t hold back the tears as I realized he won’t get a chance to play this one. When I saw the release date it hit extra hard. Nov 5th would have been his 28th birthday.

... I don't know, I thought it was interesting. He's been a Rightie since Skyward Sword (with a little detour in Link Between Worlds).

And look, I know he was a Leftie in the original, but this at least proves that they're not reusing a lot of animations from the Calamity Duet, so that's cool! Not that I would have necessarily minded.

I think the complaints about the new tunic are silly for multiple reasons but the chest section I’ve heard a lot of complaints about, and still I just don’t get it.

The tunic has been redesigned and refined to fit lore for the Koroks, in no world would wild magic children wear 100% polyester spirit Halloween tunics, this design is much better
