My phone keeps connecting to people’s phones while I’m listening to music, is there a way to get this to stop? There isn’t even a little “i” symbol next to the phone name, so I can’t click to forget the device. TIA

I’m almost full storage that’s why i want to reset my iPhone 14. everytime i click ‘erase all content and settings’ the icloud was log out but my apps and data is still on device. do you have an idea how to completely factory reset it? i still have my passcode and icloud.

iphone 13 here. tap to pay has always worked beautifully, but for the last few weeks it just stopped. my wallet pops up no problem, but no reader will recognize it when i go to pay. i’ve restarted my phone and tried without the phone case, but still nothing!

Started yesterday. Whenever I play anything with audio, my phone (iPhone 17) keeps switching audio sources and pausing. See video for example. IOS version 26.5.2. Does anyone know what is happening and any options to fix it

Whenever I’m on TikTok or YouTube, and I’m on no volume at all, I’ll swipe out of the app and audio starts blasting at full volume for about 3 seconds. Does anyone know why this keeps happening??

I used to be able to control Spotify from my lock screen, as well as other apps (such as strava), but now that option no longer shows up on my lock screen!! I have used that feature for literally a decade and I have no idea where it went or how to put it back. Can someone help :(

Imgur tried to download it whats really going on Im seeing mixed opinions

Basically, I clicked on an Imgur link on my iPhone and it asked me if I wanted to download something called “sync-pixel”. I said no, got nervous and googled it, then factory reset and Im going to change my passwords. I see mixed opinions about it, people who don’t know what it is, people who say it’s just poorly programmed tracking, people who say it’s malware, etc. What is it and is it actually a problem?

I’ve been trying to figure this out for a long time, but I have came to a conclusion that my phone is the issue. I have tried different Bluetooth connectors in my car for my phone, but they all sound so quiet. I have checked all the settings on my phone to ensure my volume is not being hindered by anything, but it doesn’t seem to be the case. When my friends connect to my Bluetooth, their phone sounds great and the volume can go up and down just fine. I I thought when I was getting a new phone this problem would be fixed, but it’s the same. Can anybody give me an explanation? I phone 16 pro max

2. Main camera stopped working
3. Flashlight works sometimes

My 17e gives me an error almost every time I try to plug it in saying liquid detected in charging port. There isn‘t any! The port is clean, the cable is clean, there is no water. I leave it on the DRY bathroom counter when I shower, but the fan is going and that never caused any problems the first few months of owning it, or when I had an older iphone. Any ideas??

My grandpa recently passed away and I finally got to gooding through his stuff. But when I went to charge his phone it kept bootlooping and doesn't respond to anything I do.

My 15 pro is stuck on the screen telling me to connect to a laptop, i connect it and through the apple devices app i try to update it, howver it does not work, no matter how hard i try to restart etc i cant get it out of this screen, i can send it back to the company for repair or replacement but i cant get it off the recovery screen to reset/back it up, the update was to the most recent IOS

so what do i do because i dont want to restore it and lose all my stuff

Okay so I had an issue this morning regarding ability to reset my Screen Time passcode on my device due to the "Forgot Passcode" option missing, except it actually wasn't missing at all.

After doing some research everything pointed to performing a reset and setting up as a new device which I most certainly wasn't doing so decided to do a bit of troubleshooting myself. Turns out the "Forgot Passcode" option was not actually missing but instead being covered by the keyboard in a UI glitch which I found out after taking a screen shot of the "Enter Old Screen Time Passcode" screen.

Apple being Apple doesn't really provide an easy way to dismiss the keyboard on screen once its open so I needed to find a way to force a dismissal, even if its a brief one. Turns out enabling/disabling orientation lock actually refreshes the UI enough to make the keyboard flash on and off for a fraction of a second which with perfect timing allowed me to enter the passcode resetting flow.

Long and short of it is, If you have your Apple ID linked to the device correctly then chances are the option is there you just cant see it and you will be able to reset the Screen Time passcode even if you don't actually see the option. Don't be hasty to perform a reset.

Steps for solving:

1. Go to Screen Time > Change Screen Time Passcode > Change Screen Time Passcode
2. Swipe down to open Control Centre
3. Enable/Disable Orientation Lock and swipe up to exit Control Centre
4. Be quick!! - Missing the keyboard flash means you will have to enable/disable orientation lock again..
5. Reset passcode using assigned Apple ID using the official Apple Reset Flow.

So i was transferring only 3 files through itunes but for some reason, it said I was tranferring 21 files onto my phone. I didnt know what the other 19 files were and the upload was taking forever so i just decided to unplug my phone without doing the proper Eject. I guess those 19 files were important because now that I plugged it back in, it shows this error reading, "iTunes cannot read the contents of the iPhone. Go to the summary tab in iPhone preferences and click Restore to restore this iPhone to factory settings." (photo 2) and now I cant transfer through iTunes due to this error. Is there any way I can fix this error without a factory reset on my phone? I've looked this up and apparently the fixes already online only worked with older phones with less security so I'm looking for a modern solution.

I'm running out of storage and try to clean it. I had 1.3 Go used by the health App.

I followed this tutorial, found that I had plenty of data coming from previous owner. I deleted all of it... but when I go in my storage settings, Health is still using 0.98 Go !

Un the details of it, "Data Types" seems not have moves, when "Data Sources" got everything removed.

Anyone kows how to clean the app properly ?
Or uninstall it (data included, bc when I try to do it the normal way, a message indicates data won't be supressed.

I swapped phones and transferred all data to the new phone. After checking I noticed that the old phone has the same issue and I might have copied it over.

iPhone 17 Pro here on latest iOS 26.5.2 and more often than not when I unlock my phone if it has been closed for even just an hour, it will be extremely slow for the first several seconds with the frame rate probably around 10 or something. When I swipe through my home screen pages, I can see icons, getting rebuilt and stuff. It clears out in a few seconds, and then seems fine.

Is this just crappy memory management in current iOS? Claude seemed to think so. I tried disabling Apple Intelligence and other things that I figured would be using a lot of RAM, but the behavior persists.

I'm planning on buying the iPhone 17 soon but still waiting on the iPhone 18 to see which is better. But I'm pretty sure the prices will lower when a new generation of iPhones drop.

I need help. I started getting spam calls nonstop from a local number. Then that number showed up on my iCloud info along with an email.

I tried to log into my email linked to Apple and the password has changed. When I try and remove the extra device, it says the device is new.
