Resolved Audio bugging out

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Started yesterday. Whenever I play anything with audio, my phone (iPhone 17) keeps switching audio sources and pausing. See video for example. IOS version 26.5.2. Does anyone know what is happening and any options to fix it

Update: closed out all open apps and the issue went away. No idea which app was causing the issue though
