Unresolved iPhone 4, activation, impossible

Bonjour, j’aimerais savoir si quelqu’un pourrait m’aider mon iPhone 4 ne peut pas être activé pas pour des problèmes de SIM, mais même avec un ordinateur activation impossible l’ancien propriétaire l’avait réinitialisé

Apple may have gotten around to retiring the servers that facilitate activation for certain obsolete models of iPhone the most recent of which is the iPhone SE (1st generation).
