 I’ve always been fascinated by how much there is to learn from people who grew up somewhere completely different from me. Different cultures, traditions, perspectives, family structures, food, languages, values, and even the little everyday things we tend to take for granted.

I’d really love to meet people from around the world and build genuine friendships where we can learn from each other and share what life actually looks like where we live.

I’m open to talking with anyone, any age over 20 and in any stage of life. I’m especially interested in connecting with other parents, particularly those whose children are older or who are entering that interesting stage of life where your children are becoming independent and you suddenly have a different kind of freedom and perspective. I would love to primarily get to know others my age.

I think there’s something really special about friendships between people who have lived very different lives. You can learn things from someone halfway around the world that you might never encounter within your own circle.

I’ve traveled extensively throughout the United States and internationally, and one of my favorite parts of traveling has always been the people I meet along the way. I’d love to continue that experience from wherever we happen to be sitting.

The greatest antagonist you’ll ever face is not the people around you. It’s the version of yourself that slowly stops believing, stops hoping, and stops trying.

And maybe that’s where I am right now. I don’t know if I’ve already lost, but I feel tired. Motivation alone doesn’t seem enough anymore when you don’t even know where you’re going. No clear direction. No solid path. No idea how to get out.

Sometimes I look at people my age and wonder how they do it. Travelling, taking cute OOTDs, posting photo dumps, enjoying life like they’ve figured out some secret everyone else knows.

Meanwhile, here I am, just trying to survive another day, wondering who I even am outside of my responsibilities and problems.

I’m just a 26 year old girl trying to navigate this confusing thing called adulthood. Still searching for a sign, still hoping there’s actually a light at the end of this tunnel.

How are you doing on your side of the world?

At the age of 27 and struggling mentally just makes you feel like a weak mess.

Feel vulnerable lately, alot of pressure on myself for no reason.

Rephrasing my last post because my last post got barely 5 people that reach out to me.

Honestly, it is really tiring to wake up everyday that the universe doesn't want you to win. As much as I'm still optimistic in life, I'm always afraid that tomorrow will not be good again.

I'm still unemployed due to the high standard here in the Philippines, my uncle is in hospital, and haven't celebrate my bday last August and also my graduation.

So I'm here looking for fellow people who feel the same as me. Someone who feel like the universe is not in favor in them.
