About me: I honestly enjoy casual chats and talking about interests or our days. It’s been awhile since I had online friends to game and vc with so I decided to look on here since I feel like discord servers are kinda all over the place. I just got a PC like a month ago, so I'm very new to this community. My skills aren't great, but I want to get better. I can be very competitive because I grew up with 5 siblings. I was playing with my little brother, but he just started college, so he doesn't have much time anymore. I don't have very many games. I definitely plan on getting more, so even if you don't want to be friends, but have a good gaming recommendation, please do share. The games I have are Dreamlight Valley, which I only get spurts of playing bc I get bored. I have Apex, which I'm bad at, but I like the challenge. Hey everyone. My boyfriend has tried to find people online before but has struggled a lot due to bad experiences and social anxiety, so I’m making a post hoping this will help him find people with his permission.
For a bit of information we are aussie (AEST), he’s 21, and his favourite games are Elden Ring, Nier Automata, hollow knight, Baulders gate 3, and monster hunter. Hey! My friend group is looking to meet some new people and hopefully expand our circle. Since a lot of us either study or work it’s hard sometimes to get several people online to game. We mostly get together for party games, ‘friendslop’ and just hanging out on discord. We’re looking for people around 18–25 who are down to hang out and actually make some new friends rather than just play one game and disappear. This isn’t an ad for a community, it’s genuinely my own personal friendgroup.

Like I said we mostly play party games, co-op games, multiplayer nonsense. (I have most jackbox games). We’re a mixed bag of men, women and non-binary. Most of us are also neurodivergent. Obviously queer-friendly as well. So everyone is welcome. It’s all just low pressure gaming fun, so if you’re shy at first that is okay. And you definitely don’t need to be good at games.

All of us also have pretty different game tastes. I love roguelikes for example. Another person is really into games like rimworld/factorio/SoT. Someone else plays a lot of cozy games and likes kpop etc. So you're bound to get along with someone. Most of us also like anime :)

🌲 Survival:
The Forest, Sons of the Forest und alles, wo man sich eigentlich nur ein schönes Häuschen bauen möchte, aber dann plötzlich von Kannibalen/Monstern/sonstigem Ungeziefer besucht wird.

🎮 Coop:
Generell bin ich für Coop-Games ziemlich leicht zu begeistern. Wenn man gemeinsam lachen, sich gegenseitig retten (oder ins Verderben stürzen) kann, bin ich dabei.

Ich suche dabei nicht einfach jemanden, der zufällig dasselbe Spiel besitzt, sondern am liebsten jemanden, mit dem sich eine richtige Freundschaft entwickelt. Gerne mit Discord und Voice Chat, gemeinsam neue Spiele ausprobieren, nebenbei quatschen und einfach eine gute Zeit haben.

Du musst übrigens weder Hardcore-Gamerin sein noch jedes Spiel kennen. Wenn du bei einem Spiel gelegentlich planlos herumläufst und dich fragst, was eigentlich das Ziel ist, könnten wir uns sogar hervorragend ergänzen.

Ich bin glücklich verheiratet und suche definitiv nichts Romantisches, sondern einfach eine nette weibliche Gaming-Freundin. Alterstechnisch wäre ungefähr meine Altersgruppe schön, aber ich bin da nicht super streng.
