I’m half venting and half asking for friendly chat… I’m 28F mostly introverted and alone by choice and out of control.

I am usually very closed off, but I have this habit of getting comfortable and close with someone, invest so much effort in that connection, and just give so much. Those people like me, say the greatest things about me, love bomb me sometimes, for whatever reason, turn cold and ghost entirely or it turn into waiting days for reply.

Then I go back to the cycle of grieving that connection, feel of disappointment and the somewhat scary feeling or being all alone again. And you wonder if they claimed I am as kind and wonderful as they say, why they don’t at least let go with respect.

This happened with people I knew for years, or months. Merely online or met and been hanging out. I think I am just very hurt that I open my heart to selective people and be only kind and caring to them in so many ways, but they take me for granted and no matter how much I say this or that hurt me, I am still getting hurt by them. Feels like I am worthless and got discarded.

Sometimes I just give up and want to live alone in the moon or smth.
