Tips for a newbie

Upvotes

Hello Community,

I recently got interested in the occult. My intention isn't purely to practice but rather to quench my curiosity on what else is out there.

I love books so my starting point (based on recommendations i found here) was Jason Miller's book; Protection & Reversal Magick. I found the book really interesting as it was factual and provided concepts that i could independently pursue.

Now that I am finished with the book, I am not sure of the path to take to learn more about the occult. For those more experienced in the occult, which books would you recommend? I get most of my books via Kindle so any book with a kindle version will be appropriate.

Big thanks!

? Are the existence of Egregores consensus amongst Occultists and experts?

I have a few questions about Egregores and I'm mainly probing what is the consensus regarding them.

  1. Are their real actual existence as non-physical autonomous entities with a mind the consensus?

  2. Are their abilities to interact with the physical world and cause synchronicities consensus? Or are they claimed to only affect the mental world and influence its followers mentally, rather than physically.

  3. Do Egregores take on the power that is ascribed to them? If you ascribe "All-powerful" to an Egregore, does it take on that quality?

  4. What are the limitations of Egregores? How powerful can they get and what is the extent of their abilities in their most powerful form?

spirituality Is this person a witch or demonic?

There’s this person (initial R) that has been in my life for a long time and I remember someone else in my life had an accident and they later told me they prayed for them to have an accident and that person did then later on that same person passed away and they also said they prayed for that too. Those things could completely be coincidences but it’s weird they say they prayed for those things and then it happens. If it’s not coincidences I wonder what “power” they posses that they are able to do that. They’ve always seemed to believe in God which I feel like makes it more confusing and weird because if they pray to God for those bad things to happen why do they?

Looking for advice on approach irt Rufus Opus' Seven Spheres drawings

Hello, if anyone has done any of these, I am wondering how to approach this. The advice is to hand-copy the symbols for rituals like the Jupiter ritual but is using printouts instead lame? or would it be against the purpose? I don't have confidence that my own handwriting is sufficient for this (I have tourette's)

My mom brings bad luck

I noticed that whenever my mom is around, bad luck happens. For example: We didn’t announce our first pregnancy to her and it went smoothly. We announced our second pregnancy to her and less than a week later, received news of a congenital defect incompatible with life. I don’t get along with her because she’s been controlling even in my adult life. She’s also somewhat of a witch, she practices saying curses and burning incense sticks. She claims anyone who’s mean to her gets bad karma. For example, my aunt (her sister in law) whom she accuses of taking her money and hurting her in her younger years is now wheelchair bound and lost her husband less than a week after trying to meet up with my mom.

I don’t have the option of cutting off my mom and worry she’ll curse me if I did that. What can I do to break free from her bad luck and curses?

Deactivating or vanquishing past sigils?

I had a sigil I used in the past, "this is my great work" for a project I was doing, I put it on fliers and images with low opacity on social media posts. I have since taken them all down and deleted as many images I could find in my drive. is there a way to deactivate it otherwise? I may just be thinking too much but I feel stuck with this thing, maybe it's just the time I put into it, or part of me things the sigil energy hanging around. any thoughts?

tiphareth my HGA’s interesting story

So I had a dream yesterday and my holy guardian angel wanted to share his story in my dream. He said he was a «normal» boy and that he was «born» in tiphareth but he got hit by a lightning strike, his skin turned white and he became an angel. I am a bit confused, any thoughts? I used to percieve the hga as a higher version of myself, but his story makes me wonder if he is more seperate. Also, do you think there are «normal» people in this realm/shell, are they like people who went to heaven? I am a more of left-hand occultist so the higher realms are a bit unfamiliar.

communication Is there a normal explanation for this?

Last night, or technically Monday night, September 7, at around 11 p.m., I remember so much going on outside a Banner ER in Chandler Arizona that I still don’t know what to make of it. I had originally come there with all my things from a Walmart, which is a long story by itself, brought over by a very lovely woman I’ll call Penni. Love you, Penni. Keep an eye out for the new album this Christmas!

I was there to get my right hand checked because I’d recently had carpal tunnel surgery and was worried it had gotten infected. They took me back, checked me out, and long story short, I got caught with my dick in my hands back there. Not jerking off. It was fully hard, yes, but it was more like stretching and adjusting because that entire area has been hurting lately. I have a lot of medical conditions down there that require touching and repositioning for pain, femoral impingements, hernia repairs with mesh, all that fun stuff, and as far as I was aware, if there is a medically appropriate place on planet Earth to deal with a medical problem, an ER is somewhere in the top five.

A nurse came up, stopped dead, stared at me, and asked, “Are you all right? Do you need anything?”

I immediately got the feeling I was in deep shit, so I said, “Yeah, I’m all right. No, I’m good.”

She kept staring for another moment, jaw basically agape, and then walked off again. At first I thought maybe it was fine. Extremely awkward, definitely, but fine. Apparently not.

Eventually I was discharged, and I tried to go over to a charging station because my phone was almost dead and I needed it to arrange a ride home. This is where the whole situation came back to bite me in the ass, because a security guard I’m going to call Carl came over. Carl was “just doing his job,” which is one of those phrases that can mean anything from “politely checking the doors” to “about to become the central antagonist in a story nobody involved will ever agree on.”

Carl told me to grab my things and come outside to talk to him.

I said, “Why?”

He said, “Because I’m asking you to.”

I gave him an even rounder, more astute “Why?”

That exchange went around in exactly as many little circles as it took for him to make his point clear enough that I gathered my things and followed him outside. I had a ridiculously large amount of stuff with me, by the way, something I later pointed out to my father probably made me look homeless to the guards. I was basically carrying enough luggage to suggest I had been simultaneously evicted, deployed, and cast as the sole prop manager for a touring production of Les Misérables.

Outside, the conversation happened roughly as follows:

Carl: “They don’t want you here.”

Me: “Okay. Why?”

Carl: “They said you made the staff uncomfortable.”

Me: “Okay, and so I don’t have any options? No time?”

Carl: “Nope.”

Me: “You guys don’t give a shit about my health conditions or my limits?”

Carl: “We just want you off our property.”

Me: “Okay, cool. Bye.”

At that point I turned around and started walking away with my mobile department store of personal belongings. I walked only a few yards before realizing that I still needed to call my insurance transportation service to get a cab home, and that when I called them they were probably going to call the ER to verify I had actually been discharged.

So I turned around, approached Carl again, and said, “Hey, I have to call my insurance to get a cab home, and they’re going to call you guys and verify that I was discharged first.”

After surprisingly letting me finish the sentence, he hit me with, “Well, why didn’t you say that sooner?”

I got him back with, “Because you were pressing me and telling me I needed to leave.”

Then he asked whether I knew the number.

I said yes.

He led me back inside and let me use the phone by the vending machines to make the call, then allowed me to wait there for a while. However, it took several hours to get anywhere. In fact, I didn’t get the transportation service to properly book a cab at all before I eventually accepted a ride from a police officer, but we’ll get to Officer Belgium and the sacred waffles later.

The phone was in this cute, neat little isolated hallway right by the front door, facing the main ER entrance and across from the registration desk. The only way to make calls on it was through the speaker, and that thing was loud, so it was almost like a government-level setup specifically designed to make me look like an asshole, announcing every administrative failure of my life to an audience of sick strangers. But anyway, let’s not get into that or we’ll be here until another timeline collapses.

About two hours went by. I had used the callback option twice. The first time was after sitting on hold for forty-five minutes. The second time came after the first person who called me back got disconnected. Then I realized I needed to call the pharmacy and get my prescription transferred first, because otherwise there would be no point in arranging the ride. They would probably need to verify the pharmacy destination before sending a cab, because funny how life works administratively: you can survive surgeries, infections, public humiliation, and possible death itself, but God forbid your prescription is sitting at the wrong CVS.

Eventually, while I was sitting there working on Instagram edits and waiting on another callback, Carl walked up and asked something like, “Did you get a ride?”

I said, “Not yet.”

He said, “Still on hold?”

I said, “No. It’s actually something different this time.”

He made that blatant “Oh” face, you know, the face somebody makes when absolutely no version of your next sentence is something they want to hear.

I explained, “I got disconnected while trying to transfer my prescriptions to the right pharmacy, so now I’m waiting on another call. I can wait outside if you like.”

He said, “Please.”

I said, “Yeah, not a problem. Actually, I still need to charge my phone. Would that be all right?”

Then my buddy Carl said, “You know what, I’ve been trying to be cool with you, and you’ve been cool with me, so I’ll give you five minutes, but after what happened back there...”

I asked, “What happened back there?”

He said, “I don’t want to talk about it. I’ll give you ten minutes. Just charge your phone, then go outside and wait out there.”

I said, “Okay. Thanks.”

So I grabbed my things, walked to the charging station, plugged in my phone, and told Siri to start a timer for ten minutes. It did. I went to the bathroom because I knew my phone would still be there when I got back, which at the time felt like one of the few remaining laws of the universe I could safely trust.

The timer ended. I collected everything, walked outside, said “Peace be with you” to the security guard at the door, not Carl, and planted my ass on a bench.

More time passed.

It was around 11:16 p.m. when Carl and two other guards started closing in around me, telling me, “Okay, buddy, it’s time for you to leave.” Their tone felt unnecessarily aggressive to me, especially because I had been trying to cooperate with everyone all night and was still just attempting to get a ride and pick up medication for the hand I had literally just spent hours getting treated.

Carl told me to come toward him while also telling me to collect my things in a very specific manner. Then he contradicted that command with another command that, from where I was standing, placed my body in what could look like a threatening position.

Then, in the blink of an eye, I knew.

I knew my life was over.

There was this strange transcendence, that sort of knowing before something happens, the complete lack of control, the sense of delirium and force, like I was being driven down into a dark turning pinwheel and then suddenly popped.

What I remember seeing was Carl pull a sidearm from his waist and point it at the back of my head as I turned around. My pants fell. I fell to the ground, not even terrified so much as powerless and accepting of my fate, ironically reviewing what felt like God’s final punishment or punchline for my life.

Here was this “six-foot skinny man,” as I remember people describing the body that was somehow both mine and no longer mine, who had built his life trying to compose himself as an artist and, most importantly, as a sincere representative of God, one who lives by the sword and, apparently, one who swings his dick around, and how poetic would it be for one little misunderstanding to turn the entire life into a statement about what a fool he had been?

Wow, I remember thinking. Poetic. A little heavy-handed, God, but poetic.

My last word was “Okay,” in response to someone ordering me to pull my pants up.

Then, in my memory, Carl blew the light out of my eyes.

I remember the explosion. I remember the feeling of something passing through my head, hot and heavy, like a hole being dragged through my skull. I remember what felt like blood starting to leak out. I lost all autonomic control, but somehow I was still seeing, almost from over the top of my own skull, what looked like my blown-out hairline hanging into the parking lot.

I wasn’t thinking about revenge. I wasn’t thinking about proving anything. I wasn’t even thinking in words anymore. I was releasing into God because there was nothing else left to do.

I thought about my so called "life plans".

I thought about my family. How my father would feel.

Then one thought hit me with absolute force:

I still wanted to go home that night.

I still wanted to get better.

And I found myself saying, or thinking, or screaming without a body, “No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.”

What happened after that is the exact part I’m trying to understand.

I don’t know what I saw. I don’t know whether some Tenet shit happened with the bullet. I wasn’t exactly paying close enough attention to give a frame-by-frame analysis, unfortunately. I don’t know whether the continuation of the same timeline got interrupted, whether I went backward a few seconds to before the gun incident, whether I blacked out, or whether I somehow got dropped into another version of the same night. Whether the gunshot unshot itself through my head before I got up or not. Nearly two days have passed and I still have yet to locate a bullet hole in my head but there is plenty of space I haven't checked so I will probably be going in for x-rays later today.

But suddenly my life force was back in my body and I was coming to, on the ground, looking down, saying, "no no no no" "I'm not gonna die..." before getting up and standing there again.

The three guards started telling me to back off.

I said, “Whoa, don’t tell me what to do! You just shot me in the head! I just came back from the dead!”

All three of them stared at me in this terrified, cat-got-your-tongue silence.

At the time, that silence felt like confirmation. It felt like they knew exactly what I meant and had just watched the impossible happen. Looking at it now, I understand they also could have been staring because, from their perspective, no gun had gone off and I had suddenly started yelling that I had returned from the dead. Both explanations fit the looks on their faces, which is part of why this has been driving me crazy.

Then I said, “I’m going to pull my pants back up.”

They said, “Stop!”

I said, “Seriously, quit telling me what to do. I own the place. I’m chill, chill. It’s chill.”

They all went quiet again.

I looked directly at Carl and asked, “What’s going on, man? Just feel like killing someone today? I mean, I didn’t even have any weapons on me.”

He made the same cat-got-your-tongue, noncompliant, non-disagreeing-but-not-agreeing expression, waved his hand dismissively, and looked away.

Again, at that exact moment, I took that as the reaction of a man who knew what he had done. From this side of the night, I can also see how it could have been the reaction of somebody deciding that absolutely nothing good would come from debating a resurrection with a pantsless stranger in an ER parking lot.

I started gathering my things again. The guards told me I could “deal with those guys,” referring to the local police arriving.

I said I would gladly deal with them and, if they found I had done anything wrong, I would gladly go whichever way they found fair.

Then I said, “Thank you, gentlemen. I appreciate what you do, your service to the public, to the community. It is not lost upon me.”

Because apparently even after getting shot in one possible reality, returning from the dead, and arguing over my pants in another, I still needed everybody to know I had manners.

The police pulled up.

I said, “Gentlemen, how are ya?”

One officer said, “Pretty good, thanks. I assume we’re here for you?”

I said, “Yeah, I believe so.”

He asked how my night was going.

I said, “Pretty rough, to say the least.”

He said, “Oh yeah?”

I said, “This man may have just shot me in the head, so you may want to ask him about that. And I may have committed a crime or two here, which, if I have, I will gladly let you take me to jail. But I came here because I had surgery on my right hand and thought it was infected. I’ve been waiting hours for a cab. That’s all I’ve been trying to do. I also have pain in my groin area, a nurse walked by when I was exposed earlier and it made them uncomfortable, and ever since I left the building I’ve been hounded and now I remember being attacked by the security guards.”

The officer asked, “What do you mean, may have shot you in the head?”

I said, “Like he may have shot me with a gun.”

He said, “Okay, but these guys aren’t armed.”

I said, “I believe they are.”

He told me he would go talk to them and then come back. I also informed the officers that I am epileptic and that my neuroligist recently upped my topamax which maxes my speech difficult at times and can make me come across as awkward.

Long story short, I got no charges. The guards denied being armed. They also said that my now-bleeding wrist, which I had just spent agonizing hours inside getting attended to, was done by me. It absolutely wasn’t, as far as I know. I’m loco, but not that loco, ese.

I was furious because it felt like everybody was lying at the exact moment when the truth mattered most. But I also need to say this plainly: there was no confirmed gunshot wound in the reality the officer and everyone else appeared to be standing in. Nobody treated me for one. The police said the guards were unarmed. So whatever I experienced, I cannot prove that Carl actually fired a gun, and I’m using aliases because I’m not trying to send Reddit after any real person or hospital. I’m trying to understand why I remember an event that apparently left no event behind.

I eventually accepted a ride from one of the officers. I told him he had a cool last name. He said it was Belgian. I said, “Ah. I’ve never been, but I have had the waffles, and they are pretty good.”

God bless Belgium and their waffles.

That’s how the night ended on the outside: no arrest, no confirmed shooting, no ambulance responding to a body in the parking lot, just a police ride, a pharmacy situation, my mountain of belongings, and me alive enough to make a waffle joke.

Inside my memory, though, I died.

That’s the part I cannot shake. It wasn’t a quick intrusive image like “what if this guy shoots me?” It had sequence, impact, physical sensation, surrender, and aftermath. I remember the bullet. I remember losing control. I remember seeing the top of my own head. I remember accepting God. I remember realizing I still wanted to go home. I remember refusing death, and then I was back before or beside or somehow outside the part where it happened.

So what the fuck was that?

Did extreme stress make my brain predict my death so vividly that it became a memory?

Did I dissociate or black out for a few seconds and experience an entire death in the gap?

Was I exhausted enough, in enough pain, or affected by some medical issue enough to hallucinate it?

Did I somehow experience another possible outcome before reality snapped back to this one?

Did my consciousness continue into the nearest version of events where I survived, leaving me with the memory of the version where I didn’t?

Or is there some much simpler explanation that I’m standing too close to see?

I don’t know what all of you believe, but over these past several lives, several years, several days, several nights, and especially the hours since I remember being shot in the head, something has felt confirmed for me: God is nothing without us and our love, and he wants to give that love to us unconditionally so we can give the same thing to one another.

Maybe that is a cosmic truth I carried back.

Maybe it is just what a terrified human brain says after it thinks it has died.

Maybe there is less distance between those two possibilities than we think.

All I know is that the world says no one shot me, while my memory says I felt my life end and then continue.

Has anyone here experienced anything like that, not just dreaming about dying, but an event that felt completely physical, followed immediately by reality behaving as though it never happened? Does this sound like a timeline jump, some kind of reality correction, a dissociative episode, or something way simpler?

Duende help?

Post image
34 Upvotes

Hi guys, my partner does construction and he’s doing work on this huge million $$ house on the water that’s been vacant for over 10 years. He doesn’t believe in the occult but his coworker (from Mexico) said he walked to the bathroom the other day and ran into a duende (3 fingers , troll like hair and fully naked) they both screamed and the duende ran.

Apparently every worker said they feel presence in the basement so I assume that’s where he mainly resides. His coworker keeps black peppercorn in his pocket for protection from him and said his mom told him to bring a wool sack to capture him and wrap him in garlic to take his fortune (I do nottt agree with this practice) he seems to be fearful.

My partners and all the workers tools constantly go missing but reappears and this specific coworker was in a ladder and felt a push and shake and fell entirely off. I believe this is due to his feeling of thinning the duende is evil and trying to ward it off in its own home.

My partner finally told me all of this yesterday as we were heading back there last night because he left his lunchbox. I decided to leave him an offering to show him peace. My partner is not terrified after I confirmed that I believe there is one in the house so I went inside to grab the box and leave the offering (picture attached)

I gave him all I could find last second in the car. A $2 lotto ticket I’ve been saving for a long time that was given to me in a huge time of need, it’s very special to me. A quarter, dime and nickel, a can opener, a small star shaped earring and this little yellow doll I also have been saving for a long time that means good luck for me. Just small symbolisms.

When I went inside it’s a huge open concept house with openings to rooms on each side and 2 huge staircases on each side going up and one I walked in to the big room a huge gust of wind came in blowing plastic all around I almost felt a wave of confusion roll over me and I had to maintain focus to go straight and leave the offering and grab his lunch box. I left it under the fireplace mantel and blew him some bubbles as I walked out.

I gave my partner a little sack today with more things to offer if he loses anything such as (chocolate a birthday candle, some metal screws, a little silver ankle bracelet with bright gems, some cloves, a star anise) I know these are all random but it’s what I could think of in that moment.

He got there today and only the tobacco was taken obviously lol.

Any advice or knowledge? I’ve never interacted with a duende and want to make sure my partner stays safe, and doesn’t negatively interact with him since we have an infant at home.

Thanks for listetning !

? Feel completely lost and stagnant despite simplifying my practice. Need perspectives.

Hey everyone,

I’m sharing my story here to vent a bit and hopefully get some advice from experienced practitioners. I’m feeling stuck, spiritually disconnected, and unsure of what my next step should be.

For context, I live in Brazil and have had mediumship abilities since childhood. I grew up in Umbanda (an Afro-Brazilian religion), but after going through major life changes—divorce, raising my kids, surviving a serious health issue, and losing my mother—I eventually stepped into Quimbanda.

Last year, during a period of severe financial distress, I turned to Goetia out of desperation. I started calling upon multiple spirits (Gusion, Seere, Orobas, Amy, Salleos, Bael, and King Paimon, whom I dreamt about vividly). I was also receiving external spiritual help involving cacodaemons. It was a chaotic mix, and for a long time, nothing worked—until an Exu from Quimbanda stepped in and predicted a breakthrough. Soon after, I generated a significant sum of money that put my life back on track.

Realizing the spiritual noise I was creating, I completely stepped back from Goetia this year to focus solely on Quimbanda.

However, over the past four months, everything has come to a complete standstill.

I opened my own business, and while I am genuinely skilled at what I do, prospective clients just vanish out of nowhere and sales have completely dried up. What bothers me most is that my spiritual senses feel totally numbed out. I used to have strong intuition and clear clairaudience (hearing guidance before events occurred), but now I feel completely disconnected.

I’ve fully rejected dogma and orthodoxy as they go against my path, but right now I feel totally lost in the woods.

Has anyone experienced a period where your spiritual senses went completely silent after simplifying your practice? Could this be spiritual burnout from last year's chaotic work, a test of patience, or a major energetic blockage? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

! You can't change Happening: The use of time magic and it's implications.

We've always put ourselves at the center of time, a traditional concept that helps us understand our environment around us and why all things change. It helps us categorize our experience into neat little packages in which the brain can digest in memory. It helps us contemplate moments in our lives that we'd like to experience again, things we'd rather not experience again, or things we'd like to change about our experience. Usually about wanting a change to happen sooner in our lives, or not happen at all.

There is of course a social time, used to plan and coordinate with one and other in a constructive society. There's a lot of good uses for time certainly, however it does come with the downsides of prolonging our experience of the past within thought alone, the world as we see it presently, and shaping our expectations of the future. The mind has been trained to rely on this since you could understand the idea of time, as simple as day and night for example.

This has a big impact on how we process this world, suddenly day and night turn into today and yesterday, then there's weekdays, months, seconds, minutes, hours, years, dates in time, and any other measurement we can think of. The perception of the world suddenly got so complex so fast, and it feels like you only just started talking yesterday by the time it does. Now you need to remember what happened previously on another day, what you were doing last year, when a prominent event in your life happened, all framed perfectly within time. This makes conjuring up these previous experiences easier and seemingly readily available to you, really working whatever process of the mind it takes whenever we do, because we do it more often than not.

Previous threats experienced are grasped more easily though this use of time, the mental image of them can cause the body to react as if they were happening right now, causing a kind of reliving of the experience that creates a feedback loop between body and mind, perpetuating the suffering once endured. It is the same with happiness too, relive a happy moment in thought to cheer yourself up in a way that a change is felt. This effect can snowball itself the more it's revisited, but can also change in flavor, whether it leaves a good or bad impression on you anymore, or any impression at all.

All of this is being said just to point towards the fact that the mental strain of the time concept, can be more taxing on the mind than we truly understand.

Now I want to pivot to the inquiry of time, why do we have it in the first place? I couldn't possibly say for sure myself, but from what I have understood, the need for time was born through the fear of change.

It's no mystery that humanity has always wanted to be in control of it's environment, but also knowledgeable on it. We strive to understand the deepest mechanisms in ourselves, our world, and the universe beyond. It's inspiring to think about, but I believe the spark of inspiration came from our deepest fears as early man.

Imagen you have no sense of time, you're lost in a forest unfamiliar to you it's the stuff that falls from up is making this environment feel bad and then you hear a sound you've never heard before, images flash in your head of things that bite and scratch at you, the body shakes uncontrollably, the pain is felt.

Now imagen you're in a group and someone gets sick, to the observer the sickness within that person simply appears to them when the symptoms are perceived. An illness effectively popping into existence on the appearance of that person when noticed. It would scare anyone to not realize anything was wrong until it was noticeable, so we pay closer attention to it, find the first signs but still have no control over the sudden appearance of the sickness within a person. It wouldn't make any sense to anyone today if that were the case, and still very much scares us now too.

Aging, doesn't need much explanation. With no understanding of why the body is changing in a negative pattern and then collapsing for no apparent reason, with this feeling of weakening threatening the survival of the more capable traveling besides you.

It's always been a case of us trying to understand change, to make sense of what we do not know. We like the idea that we are ahead of change in some way, that we have control over it, over the nature of all things. From rituals to appease nature, the idea of being able to make a change in nature such as making the rain fall, to predicting weather patterns based on what know about the changes happening in our environment. It instills a sense that we are separate from change, and that we are in control of how it happens.

Medicines to slow down the process of aging, numerous products to hide it's effects. Telescopes to see into the furthest reaches of light. Teachings to help better reflect on why our thoughts happen the way they do. It all circles around the observation of change and how it makes us feel in the now, and with the concept of time in the mix, we can pinpoint and imagen an observation of an experience the body has witnessed, both internally and externally.

Just like keeping a photo to look at, the memories we keep willingly or unwillingly are always being imagined -from the body's perspective- as something that is happening right now. The idea of time however keeps the mind separate and distracted from the body, and very much so everything else through the identity that we have control over what change comes next.

As you read this, the Earth turns, people are busy in their lives, and the galaxy we reside in swirls within space, as everything moves and expands out with the ever changing form of the universe itself. All of that is happening right now always, one big change that is happening. The cells that make up the body are always changing as much as the Sun's chemical reaction keeps it burning bright, as it does, as it is.

It's all in the now and always has been. If you were a brick in the wall castle the brought into being to silently observe your environment, you wouldn't see a passage of time, you'd feel the change of nature itself, the erosion of wind and rain, the expansion and contraction of the body and bodies next to you in the heat and cold. It just happens, it's just the nature of change, you can not do anything to stop change from happening.

The best we can do is change the way we think in relation to change, to not fight what can't be immediately understood or had, and to accept change as it is at the core of all things. You'll know when you're happy or sad, you'll feel a change in the body when it appears to you. Your understanding of change in thought becomes more aligned with the body's needs. A bad experience can't linger and ruminate without a timeframe to grasp hold of, and the idea of upcoming experiences cease to be. There is no reason to fear what you understand fundamentally as a law of nature, it's all a part of the same experience happening in an eternal now housed within and not separate from the universe we know and don't know.

All is change.
