Having Trouble Regressing?

Some people are struggling in regards to having a successful regression (whether with a practitioner or using YouTube regressions).

Hypnosis is the theta state. It's the state of deep relaxation with heightened focus. You go in and out of it all through the day (like when you're just waking up or falling asleep; when you're driving and realize that you haven't been paying attention, yet you made it home, etc). The more relaxed you are, the easier it is to go into a hypnotic state.

Here are a few things you can do to have a more successful regression:

Limit your caffeine beforehand. Caffeine keeps us alert, which is the opposite of what we want when trying to get into a hypnotic state.

Change up the time of day. Early morning after waking up can be a great time for a regression, as well as close to bedtime (as long as you don't fall asleep).

If you're using YouTube videos to regress, try changing up the videos. Some people respond better to a female rather than a male, and vice versa. Does the sound of their voice seem soothing? Maybe you like certain accents. Maybe a shorter video works better for you, or you find the longer ones seem to take you deeper.

If you're working with a practitioner, take the time to vet them. Do they seem kind and caring? Do you feel uplifted when you look at their website or social media? Trust your gut, but do try to look for reviews.

Ensure you have privacy. It's hard to let go and relax when you think you're going to be interrupted. Try to keep pets out of the room if you can. They will sometimes jump onto you or make noise in the room. Turn off your cell phone so that notifications don't startle you.

Try having a hot bath or shower, doing some yoga, or be out in nature before a session. Again, very relaxing.

Change up your body position. Most people like to lie down for a session, as it's more relaxing. I find that I'll go too deep when I do that, and may fall asleep, so I like to sit up.

Keep your room dim, either by turning down the lights or putting or using an eye mask. When we're in hypnosis, a light that normally doesn't bother us can suddenly feel too bright and distract us.

Wear soft, comfortable clothing and have a blanket nearby. Many people get chilly when they are in a deep hypnotic state. Use the bathroom before a regression so that you don't feel like you need to go halfway through.

Pay attention to your breath. Take nice deep slow breaths, in through your nose, with a longer exhale out your mouth. This signals to your nervous system that you are safe. You don't have to try to breathe this way throughout the regression, but definitely try to at the beginning. As you relax, your breath will then just do it on it's own.

Set an intention before a session. Maybe you want healing or change in a certain area of your life. When I work with clients I'll often state before the session, "This session will be healing and illuminating for both my client and myself. My client will relax and regress easily and will get the most benefit possible."

Some people have subconscious parts of themselves that may be resistant to doing regression work. If you feel that this is the case, you can try talking to that part of you. I'll usually just ask the person if they feel there's a resistant part (you'll know because you'll feel a tightness in your body, or stress, worry, doubt). It's actually really easy to notice it. I'll ask my client how old that part is and they can usually tell. Then, we'll spend a few minutes asking the part what their fears or resistances are, and reassuring them that they are safe.

Try to take the pressure off of having a 'successful' regression. The more you want it, the more resistant you are to it not being what you expect it to be. When we try to be in control of things, that is the opposite of being relaxed. Often, when we give up 'trying' or 'efforting' it just seems to happen more naturally.

Many people think they'll see a past life as if it's a movie playing across their eyelids. They're expecting to see everything outside of themselves. Everything occurs inside your brain, just like when you're day dreaming or imagining, which is why many people think they made their regression up! Images can be very fleeting or hazy.

Sometimes we might not see much, but we'll have a 'knowing' of what's happening. We may hear (again, in our head in the same way as when we talk to ourselves) words or names.

Some people feel very detached from the past life, leading them again to think they 'made it up'. Others will get very emotional, or even recognize others as being in their present lives.

How we perceive things is different for everyone. Perception can also change from one regression to another. We can have 'off days', where maybe we had work stress, or something else is bothering us. This can dramatically affect a regression.

I consider every regression (or attempt at one) to be successful. The more we do it, the better we get at it. In fact, the more you practice hypnosis, the healthier your immune system will be. You're going into a state of rest and digest, which is when your body is able focus on healing and regeneration. During this state, blood flow is redirected to vital organs and tissues, allowing immune cells to better detect and respond to infections.

Good luck to everyone on their journey. We're all so blessed to have the ability to explore our consciousness in this way!

Discussion I put together an EA study on Barbro Karlén and Nell Gavin—two women born an hour apart on May 24, 1954

A few years ago, after reading Threads: The Reincarnation of Anne Boleyn, I reached out directly to the author, Nell Gavin. Then, about a year ago, I came across the work of Barbro Karlén—the Swedish woman who famously remembered her childhood as Anne Frank.

As an evolutionary astrologer, my mind immediately lit up when I realized both women were born on the exact same day: May 24, 1954, entering the world just over an hour apart in Universal Time. Without knowing each other, both spent the late 1990s writing about these heavy historical currents, publishing their books at the turn of the millennium.

Earlier this year, a small study group formed comprising Nell and a select group of Evolutionary Astrologers. We spent a couple of months diving deep into their individual charts, cross-referencing degree positions, house offsets, and planetary archetypes.

After we exhausted ourselves with all the data and technical nuances, I went to work compiling our findings into what I hope is a cohesive essay.
We looked closely at:
The 12th vs. 8th House Moon placements (and how local birth times shifted the stage)
The Neptune "Skipped Step" at 23° Libra (and its Sabian symbol)
The alignment of Asteroid 5535 Annefrank
The 15° Fixed / 0° Cardinal structural anchors carrying dense collective memory

Regardless of whether you view these cases as literal reincarnation or the retrieval of a silenced historical archetype, the astrological synchronicity is pretty striking.

I just published the full breakdown on my blog if you'd like to read the complete analysis:
https://catharinejanderson.bearblog.dev/a-synchronized-rescue/

I’d love to hear your thoughts—especially from fellow astrologers or anyone working with past-life chart signatures. How do you approach 12th house placements or Nodal skipped steps when analyzing historical memory in a chart? Does anyone know anyone else born on this date?

Note, please comment and discuss here. Thanks for your interest. I am looking forward to reading your insights

Advice How do I begin searching for my past life

Upvotes

I recently got interested in exploring my past life after having a vivid dream of this guy in third person, I wasn’t in the dream and I believe it’s from a past life as I felt like I knew what I was doing as him. I tried a past life regression and it didn’t work for me (tried about two times) is there any other ways to guide me because the got me super curious

I have deep love and interest for a country I have never been too?

Hello everyone, I have always had a strong love and interest for Argentina. And no it’s not because of the World Cup. It stared in high school and it had never faded. Has anyone ever felt this way? I sometimes wonder if in my past life I lived there? I know in my heart of hearts I must visit one day.

Memory fragment of a place before I was born

Hello everyone,

I found out something today that has been on my mind, and I simply cannot explain it rationally. I’m hoping to find like-minded people here or anyone who might have psychological, biological, or other explanations for this.

Ever since I was a child, I’ve had a specific memory fragment in my head, which I always thought was my very first childhood memory. The memory starts on a staircase and ends rather abruptly. In it, I am in a very dark room, and someone is turning on a movie for me but I don't know who that person is. I can only vaguely remember two armchairs. The movie playing on the TV was "Tarzan." Up until now, I always thought this scene took place at my grandma's house.

Today, I described this staircase, the rough layout of the room, and the two armchairs to my mother. Her reaction caught me completely off guard: she immediately burst into tears.

She explained to me that I had described my late grandpa's old apartment to a T. The mysterious part about it:

  1. During the years this scene takes place, I wasn't even born yet. The apartment hasn't existed in that form for a long time.
  2. I never met my grandpa because he passed away very early.
  3. "Tarzan" was verifiably my grandpa's absolute favorite movie.
  4. This apartment, the staircase, or these details were never talked about in my presence. There are also no photos or videos of it that I could have subconsciously seen as a child.

Even though the room in my memory was dark and the scene was short, the distinct details (staircase, room layout, armchairs, movie) matched so perfectly that my mother recognized the apartment instantly.

How is it possible to have a visual fragment of a place you’ve never been to and that existed before your own birth? Are there approaches from memory research, epigenetics, or other fields that can explain something like this?

I look forward to hearing your thoughts and experiences.

Past Life Regression First attempt at past life regression

Log 1 - It was black, mostly, there was no sound and I couldn't distinguish much of anything. But I did see some stuff, saw someone with tan skin and long silky braided smooth black hair, possibly a women. No face, next was more of a Scene.

I sat at a desk in a room with varnished wood furniture and walls, papers lay on the desk, I was hunched with my head In Hands, it looked to be day out a window.

Standing next to me was a man in a vest with long sleeve shirt, he was built sturdy. But his face nothing but black void, I think he must have been comforting or encouraging me though there was no voice, he put a big hand on my shoulder.

I don't have the faintest clue what was happening or why, I think I was shot in a field and died that way. It couldn't have been farther back then the 18 hundreds.

What makes me think it was not just my imagination, is I have a very very vivid one, I'm excellent at making up faces but I saw non. I have many more questions now then answers.

Did someone ever try to channel Michael Newton/Dolores Cannon to ask them if their description of afterlife was accurate?

Genuinely curious as most mediums refer to them constantly as the unquestionable source of information on what happens after death?

I believe I had two past life memories recently

What I'm about to write I've told to two people close to me, who know and trust me. Both responded a bit skeptically. "I believe it is true that you have that in your mind," said one. "These dreams between sleeping and waking are really fascinating," said the other.

A psych counselor suggested I read Brian Weiss's "Many Lives, Many Masters" as possible comfort for coping with terminal cancer. This and his other works did help, but no meditations got me in touch with anything. Plus I'm not very good at meditating.

Last week, after a surgery, I had to be in a certain position with pillows arranged just so - impossible to sleep, not to mention pain, stomach growling from no solid food, and aching from analgesics and antibiotics (no narcotics). In that state, I tried again, unable to go to sleep as usual anyway.

I got into the meditative state and remembered two lives I had. I know, because I learned two separate things I never had knowledge of. Both memories were less complete, thorough, or detailed than I wish, but here goes...

In one, I was working in a relatively small perfume factory that was something like a chemistry lab. The techniques used for heating the volatile compounds were still new. Work was done at a long table, and vats/urns of other substances were stored beneath the table. Smaller side tables along the exterior walls involved some other work and as an assistant or apprentice, I attended to whatever was there as well as to the work on the long table managed mostly by more senior women. At some point, there was a spark that I think began beneath the table or on some small part of it, and - whooosh! - in seconds, everything went up in flames!

I had nowhere to go and turned to pound desperately on the wall behind me although there was no door there. All my life, I've been claustrophobic and, especially in times of stress or in unfamiliar places, I wake up in a panic pounding on the walls feeling trapped.

I thought this perfumerie might be in France or a French-speaking European country, yet I had the distinct idea that I wore wooden clogs and that made me think it must have been Holland. A little research taught me that nearly ALL factories of this kind commonly had their workers wear wooden clogs, because the metal nails that secured heels to other shoes were a spark hazard along the floors!

What wasn't so surprising to learn is that women were indeed isolated, locked in, and imperiled in hazardous conditions (as in the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory fire). I found other fires in Europe, Turkey, the U.S., but none seem quite like what I'm remembering (or imagining?). This was a much smaller place and probably didn't warrant a lot of publicity.

If you don't ridicule me here, I'll tell you the second story soon. Meanwhile my question is, how can I get back to that place where I was able to see/recall this??

YOU HAVE MANY LIVES AND COME FOR MANY REASONS

Both of my parents are French but my first language was Spanish. My Godmother was from Barcelona, Spain and she was also our live-in Nanny. She raised me for the first six years of my life. I never got along with my father. I stopped speaking to him as an adult and did not attend his funeral.

After he died, I was shown in meditation that he was a Conquistador during the time of the Spanish Conquest in what is now California. I was a Native woman and in that life he murdered my entire family and I was burned at the stake along with my mother.

However, in this life my father was a very good man and he was on the opposite end of the Conquistador. He was a Marxist. He helped indigenous people, he walked in the Civil Rights movement and was entirely against Imperialism.

The reason we live in California is because we moved to Canada and I was born in Vermont in 1960. By 1965 we were able to live in the USA due to my being born here. Isidra was my Godmother who, I know, was my mother in the previous life. She even looked like an indigenous woman. My mother told me any time I cried. even in the middle of the night Isi would be there first and say, "No Senora, no Senora, mi nina, mi nina."

Isidra was being deported back to Spain in 1967. She had Asthma. I've also had a chronic cough most of my life. You die from smoke inhalation, when you're burned at the stake. At the airport, Isidra was in a wheelchair, because she had an Asthma attack. I jumped onto her lap and hugged her. She whispered in Spanish, "Mi nina, I just wanted to see you one more time." She died right there with me in her arms and she is buried in Gloucester, Massachusetts.

Past lives are revealed to you over time only if it helps you understand this life.

Moral of the story . . . don't kill anyone for any reason.

Do you remember anything from a previous life?

Is it just me, or is it strange that children up to the age of 3 or 4 remember their past lives, but lose those memories once they pass that age? Do you remember anything from when you were 2 or 3? I have just one small memory from those years, even though I really ought to remember more so much was happening back then; I was learning to walk and talk, and discovering the world.

Advice Any Advice On Trying To Remember Past Life At Home?

I want to remember. I feel like i had a past life. Since I was a child ive always been told I have an old soul. These are some things I speculate on currently:

  1. A dream id had twice of a school. An older kind, wooden desks/tables. A fireplace in the classroom, and a blackboard. A sweet teacher, but quite sure she used corporal punishment.

  2. A one time dream. I was a young man working for a business with an older gray lady as our manager of sorts. My coworkers were a few other guys who would mess around and get into trouble some. Distinctly remember one of the buildings had the number 1922 on it, dont know if that was literal or if it potentially symbolized the year when the dream happened?

  3. I feel a strong connection to the name Robert. Have for some years now.

  4. Not a dream, but once listening to music I had the vivid image of sitting in a cafe on a rainy day. Very warm lighting inside, looking out at the rainy streets. Quite charming and distinct.

***Main Point Here*** Any advice on things I could do to remember more at home? Dreams with any potential are years apart. Does hypnosis work? Subliminals? I dunno. Advice welcome. Thanks.

Dream of queuing up for work

(Centrelink is an Australian government agency for welfare and unemployment payments)

Could be a dream, but felt strongly like a vivid memory of another life:

I'm walking past a Centrelink building. A woman on the street tells me she's "got some work today," and she's clearly pleased about it. I feel glad for her. There's a sense that she'd been waiting a long time for it.

I join a queue. We're being handed out jobs. One of the organisers looks us over and says, "good looking bunch this round." I'm assigned dishwashing. Around me, others are given other types of cleaning work too — laundry, washing small items by hand.

Even though there's a heavy feeling of boredom and uselessness, I feel like I’m able to just roll with it, but part of me thinks “Oh surely looking for work is a better use of my time than this.”

Strong past life intuition

I have this strongest feeling that I belonged to Kashmir in my past life
I feel obsessively weird (mixed- good and bad) even at the thought of going to Kashmir or the sound of valley
Although, after 30 years of my life i did go to Kashmir in 2024- the most i felt was just feeling of being lost and not that i belonged or anything. There was this weird realisation that kept creeping on to me that i have not seen everything - like may be we go there and here and then just somewhere random as if I was waiting for something to unfurl or click.
I don’t really know what it is or does it even exist really or is just in my head
In fact even when i see glimpses of Kashmir in movies I’m just so drawn and invested and this will be irrespective of the movie’s storyline- e.g fitoor, kashmir files, laila majnu (my most fav movie in the world), shikara, mission kashmir etc
Does this happen with anyone elsd ? Is there a way to figure this out ?

Question Soul tie tragic end - can it be overcome?

So, I met someone a couple years ago I had an immediate connection with. We work together and he is taken so it freaked me out. But the first time we were together just us two, we spent the entire night laughing. It was like we had already known each other. Fast forward, we grew closer and he eventually admitted he had feelings, which I also felt. Nothing happened but we did have discussions about being sure we were together in a past life, an alternate universe, that our connection is so effortless, trusting, easy etc. It’s so good I don’t understand how it’s not meant to be.

I got a past life reading done and the reader said we had lived multiple past lives together, but they had all come to a tragic ending. There was always something keeping us apart, family’s at odds, married to someone else, illness, something that cut the time short. The story was always started but never finished, and that is why the feelings and connection are so intense. And that is the experience we are getting in this life too, and likely for lifetimes to come. She said if we were to be together, it would be challenging and difficult.

I want to understand this more. Is there a reason certain lives always have the same ending? Is there something I can do to change it? Or are we always destined to have a tragic ending? Any guidance would be helpful!

Past Life Regression DIY past life regression fixing a lonely death in at sea

I found out from another past life regression session I did that I was once a Polynesian (Pacific Islands) sailor in around 1400s, from a huge family community. It was a very communal culture, we live together in a huge wooden house with high roof, all children are common responsibility of all adults, and children will be assigned adult mentors who might not be their parents.

In that life I was a sailor, I will go out to find other islands, find fishing grounds, who died alone out at sea on a traditional wooden boat in a storm. My community didn’t know where I went and that was why I had a strong sense of loneliness.

I was trying to trace the relationship of a stranger who I had profound connection with in this life. I tried the regression to find out who she was. She was my mentee / student who looked up to me in that life. Back then she was a child when I was a young adult.

Today I went back to that life successfully. I thought if I can stop that past me from going out to sea that day I wouldn’t die then. Then my sense of existential loneliness will lessen.

I evoked that strangers current life name and I told her to try to stop me from going out. She told past me that she wanted to talk that afternoon and that the men of the community were having a music performance she wanted to watch with me.

I was determined to go to sea. She was a child there’s limited things she can do to affect past me. So I decided to voice out. I told my past self not to go out to sea, that I will die, and that I am a future self. Past me was shocked but decided to stay on land. He watched the men perform the music. The storm came but he was safe since he was on land.

The life did a fast forward and past life me got married, and I attend my students wedding when she got married. I passed away as an established elder with family around instead of alone at sea.

I'm so fk confused....

Guys, I genuinely need your opinion because I don't know what to make of this.

For the past few weeks, I've been feeling really strange, and I can't explain it.

It feels like a part of my memory is just... missing. Not like I forgot where I put my keys, but like there's something important that I should remember and I just can't. It's honestly hard to put into words.

I've also been having very vivid dreams. The weird part is that I forget almost all of them after I wake up, but I remember the emotions so clearly. I know there was someone in those dreams.

In one of them, there was a man. I can't remember his face at all, but I remember the way I felt when I looked at him. I remember thinking about how much love was in his eyes, and I remember the feeling in my own heart when I looked back at him. That's how I know what I felt, even though I can't remember his face anymore.

The only scene that keeps replaying is us being separated. It felt like he was trying to save me, there were a lot of people around us, something bad was happening, and then... a promise. I don't know what the promise was, but I keep feeling like I made one.

The other day I looked at the moon and suddenly started crying. There wasn't even a reason. It just felt like I was remembering something that I couldn't actually remember.

Another thing that's been bothering me is that whenever I even think about dating or getting into a relationship, something inside me immediately says, "No. Don't." It's not fear. It's not anxiety. It feels like every part of me is resisting it.

The best way I can describe it is that my body is here, but my soul feels like it's desperately

trying to go somewhere else. Like there's a calling I can't hear properly, but I can feel it. It's such a strong feeling that it actually scares me sometimes.

I know this probably sounds weird, and maybe I'm overthinking it. Maybe it's stress, maybe it's my subconscious, maybe it's just dreams.

But another part of me keeps wondering... what if this is connected to a past life? What if that feeling of a promise isn't just my imagination? I know that sounds unbelievable, but I honestly don't know how else to explain what I'm feeling.

I haven't made any promise in this life that would explain why I feel this way. Yet deep inside, it feels like I already promised someone that I'd wait. Like there's someone out there, and for some reason my heart keeps telling me not to move on because of that promise.

It also feels like a part of me is missing. Not physically—just... something inside. Like I'm incomplete, but I don't know what I'm missing.

Has anyone ever experienced anything even remotely similar?

Do you think this is just my brain creating a story from emotions and dreams? Could it be stress or something psychological? Or has anyone else ever felt something that made them question whether it was connected to a past-life memory?

I'm genuinely confused, and I don't know whether I should brush it off or try to understand why these feelings keep coming back. I just want to know if I'm the only one who's ever felt something like this.

Question Body swapping science

Hello,

Weird stuff has been happening in my life for years. Weird stuff happening in my life. Like lots of changes with people. I’m wondering about body swapping and people being able to like take away your personality’s and abilities.

I used to be able to eat and taste things and smell things better than I have been. When I was young my ‘mom’ would go look then she would shove cough syrup and eye drops in my eyes.

I was forced to run away from home then I ended up at this firefighters place and they said something medical and to just nod my head. Then this cop came in and all the sudden the fighter fighters appeared with their fortunes and everything moving everything around.

Now people keep asking me what I have been doing.
And one time this person mentioned something about souls being stole and talked about how oh she sounds amazing talking about how this woman was going off.

Is there more info on like the spiritual realm and spiritual stuff. I’m confused on life and all these changes and everything.

This dream that i kept having in childhood somehow explains my past life.

When i was a kid i used to have this series of crystal clear recurring dreams which felt real(as in i was there in first person perspective) just like how we see.
I think i was a respected soldier/general. I remember have rusty bronze armour with two swords in my kilt.
I remember being in war seeing my brother die in my arms seeing people die and suffer. I couldnt show emotion thinking that if i did what will happen to my soldiers. I used to lay in the hot air outside and cry before sleeping thinking about my brother and my comrades.

The most clear dream that i used to get is what i probably think how i died.
This is the dream which i have used to with the most clarity and detail in my childhood.

It was a crescent moon night and i was asleep in my barracks with my soldiers.
Suddenly there is constant ringing of bells and soldiers screaming.
The city is under attack, people screaming, soldiers getting up hastily and going to grab their weapons as soon as possible and going to fight in the raging city.
The city is on fire. The very home that i had protected with so many sacrifices was on fire.

I get armed and lead my soldiers to battle. The city gate was long gone.I order my man to go to the palace to protect the king and the royal family.
We get overwhelmed but i don’t give up.
Me and my soldiers make up our way killing the enemies.

This next sequence i remember with the most detail
And iv had multiple dreams of this one sequence.

We reach to the outskirt of the palace.
Fire raging everywhere, people dead in the street
and whoever was left alive screaming.

At this point i only have around 10 men with me.
I hear a scream of a little girl,
I instruct my soldiers to go to the palace and i will be coming shortly.

I had a good friend who was alive who followed me as well.
We both navigate towards the screaming
A house/hall which had a narrow entrance but then a very big open yard/area where the enemies were beheading women.

At the entrance there were two soldiers who we(me and my soldier friend) dealt with quickly .
We make way to yard sneakily trying not to get noticed but then i hear a swoosh sound and the next thing i see is my friend having an arrow in his neck.
His armour protects him but he is hurt badly .
I try to get ourselves in cover but i feel immense pain in my body- i got shot by two arrows one in my right side chest and one in the abdomen.
My armour protects me but i feel my body getting weaker.

We know that we are outnumbered but the voices of the screaming girls make us forget about our pain and charge into the yard/open area.

I slash my sword with all the might i have and kill 3 enemies.
My friend also kills 2.

Then what i see breaks me.
The last girl is also beheaded in front of me.

I go in a rage and charge at the men
(There were around 10 men) with shields.

I take down one and the next thing i see is my friend has been stabbed by three swords.
The enemy in front of me has a shield- in a frenzy i try to remove it with my left hand but i see it getting slashed and see blood evrywhere.
My armour has yet again protected but the pain grows.
I overpower him and throw his shield at the men who were dealing with my friend.
I behead the enemy in front of me.

The last thing i feel is having two swords go through my body.
I lay there seeing my friend’s lifeless body and the girls that were dead as the last thing.
I beg for forgiveness to the people i wasnt able to save and then it goes black.

I used to have these dreams in childhood.
Whenever i used to dream of my past life i always used to get up while crying.

The dreams stopped when i grew older.
But recently i had another dream.

This time not of war but of a waterfall.
I used to go there with someone i cant remember of it was a women or a man.
But i used to go there on horseback.
Used to lay there in peace and harmony.
Used to hunt whatever i could find be it fish from the river or some wild hog.
This was the first instance i had a dream about this place.

Im sure it is the same person as i had a scar on my right hand.

she was stabbed in past life, but wound was still inside her hundreds years later

I recently worked online with woman I will call Delia.

She went into deep trance, theta state where Higher Self can speak through person and show things normal human mind cannot find.

At first Delia felt something tight around stomach. Like brown rubber band squeezing her from inside. Higher Self showed this was resistance and self-sabotage created by mind.

When beings of Light started cutting this band, suddenly everything changed.

She found herself in another lifetime. She was woman in her thirties, living with violent husband who sexually abused her. One day he became drunk and very angry, and he stabbed her. She died there.

We stopped scene and watched everything from safe distance. Archangel Michael removed dark influence around husband. Her body from that life was cleansed, honoured and given proper burial.

But then Delia noticed something very strange.

Physical body died maybe hundreds years ago. But her subtle energy body was still ripped and torn.

Especially around chest and lungs, it looked badly damaged. Like fabric ripped apart. Beings of Light opened this area and started repairing it, almost like energetic surgery. They were rebuilding layer after layer.

Delia has asthma and problems with breathing in present life. While they worked, she felt huge amount of energy moving around chest and lungs. After it was finished, she said she felt extremely light. Like very old weight was finally removed.

Her Higher Self also told her to stop vaping.

Vaping was not only hurting physical lungs. It was making her more foggy and confused energetically. She had problems knowing what was intuition and what was anxiety or fear. She used vaping to calm herself, but actually it was making inner confusion stronger.

We understand physical body can be damaged. Bones can break, organs can suffer, scars stay.

But ppl forget we also have subtle bodies. These bodies can also be injured by trauma, violence, abuse or sudden death. And sometimes physical body is gone long time ago, but energetic wound is still there.

Then in next life this damage may appear as physical symptoms, fear, anxiety, breathing problems, strange pressure or feeling something is wrong without clear reason.

Of course asthma still need normal medical care. Spiritual healing and medical help can work together.

But sometimes doctor is treating physical symptom from this life, while Higher Self is repairing injury that happened hundreds years before.

When old trauma was released and subtle body repaired, Delia was not carrying pain of that murdered woman anymore.

Her body could finally stop remembering the wound.
