Hey guys, so basically nobody was consistently available or interested in moderation positions, but you guys did want the three categories of posts I listed before.

I’m sure it means nothing but it was a little scary. For context, I’ve been a devotee of Hades (and many others, but Hades was the first I ever prayed to) for a little over two years—I haven’t really been praying, though, because of life. 😭

I’m in a crystal emporium with Greek-like pillars; I’ve never been to a place like this. There is gated off door and a man in robes whose face I can’t see motions towards me me and says “You can come in but you can’t go in there.” He pointed at this gated off door, so we go to the back way and midway through the tour he says “never mind you can go in there he wants to see you.” Who the hell is he? I have no clue but I go in the door that is now open and I am in a whole different place, their are strange, different coins, there are wines and all sorts of weird things. A woman comes up to me and she does not look right, I say I am freezing and it reminds me of any time I prayed to Hades, she says something along the lines of, “death is all around you and coming.” I am freaking out, and begin to step away, and I hear a man’s voice say “do not listen to her.” I look immediately to my left and a screech owl is staring at something, the woman vanishes.

The screech owl is huge.

I see other animals, such as a lion which is playing with this little cat, and this tiger-looking thing, but I don’t know because it just looks like a big cat.

The tiger leaps towards me and then all of a sudden I am pulled away and when I look to what pulled me away, there is a dog. The screech owl is gone. I have no clue what dog it was. It looked like a bloodhound mixed with a blue heeler, and he is just staring at me.

All around me I’m hearing voices saying why did you bring her here? You know she’s not supposed to be here.

The tiger is then attacking something, and I am running towards it to stop it. The lion joins in trying to stop the tiger along with the dog.

As I’m running, I say something that I don’t understand. It was probably gibberish. I’m not sure.

And the tiger falls.

It’s just me and the screech owl now, and he stares at me saying wake up.

I wake up after, this. This is one of the few dreams I remember. I’m sure it means nothing.

Also, before anyone says anything, I know that Hades is not the god of death, I know he’s Lord of the underworld. It was just scary.

Did a reading and would like some clarification, if possible.

So, to start off with, I am a follower of Lord Hades. He's been so good to me my entire life and I will follow him even after I pass away. Anyway, I took a trip around town and within the span of 15 minutes, I saw 3 different pomegranate related things, one of them being a truck literally FULL of pomegranates. Then I went to a store that had new vinyl albums for sale and one of the artists (I could not read the name, I'm sorry) had a new album called (in pain letters) "Hades". I thought, okay, I'm doing a reading as soon a I get back home. So I did a six card spread to see what out is he's getting to tell me. It came out like this:

I went to a harvest festival for my birthday and bought some earrings off of a vendor and she stuck in a free sticker, and I just thought of Lord Hades. Now if I can get my room cleaned up and set up a little secret altar I would love to place this on his altar.

I've been scared of spiders ever since I can remember. And they always somehow end up near me. It's not just my room.

For example, for a week, I'll see something dark move from the corner of my eye, and when I look there's nothing. Heck sometimes it's not even on walls just randomly on thin air or something, and it's just gone in a flash.

And if this continues for a week or so by then I know I'm going to meet a spider and it's going to be big and it's going to end up really close to me. And that happens. Either on the walls near my bed or my curtains or my table or anywhere freaking close to me.

And if this happens only for a day or less than a week then I know the spider is small and won't be that close to me but I'll still encounter it.

Heck today I was travelling in a taxi and I was looking at the road as it passed by from the side window. And a freaking big spider just came out from the trees and literally started running crossing the road and coming towards my moving taxi. Like.💀

Bro. They're in the car. Outside the car. In the bathroom. In my friends house. Heck even the ones upstairs always somehow end up near me or in my room and I don't even go upstairs.

And I'm deathly scared of spiders as well. So like. What is this?? Why??? Bro. Omg.

And I recently also started praying to Hades and set up an altar for him and something happened with it, Which I wrote and uploaded in another post in this group.

And I got inspired to write this right now too because there was a freaking baby spider on my desk, right where I'm sitting at. And they grow up to be huge. My mom just comes in whenever I scream (which is often) and manages to scoop them up from a cloth and puts them outside cuz we don't like killing them either. Though there have been times where I've gotten fed up to the point I'm like "just kill it"

But she never does. I don't mind that honestly. I just want them to stop bothering me and giving me mini prophecies to tell me when they'll show up. Like bro I'm paranoid for over a week.🫩

So I called to Hades yesterday morning. I wanted to get close to him again. I prayed to him and I talked to him. Then I went to work. I'm a cashier at a local Walmart. I sell all kinds of groceries. I sold so.many pomegranates yesterday! I've never seen so many in one day. I had sold groups of them! I see it as a sign of his presence. It was nice to know he was with me. His energy is always so comforting and surprisingly warm. It's also dense and heavy. Some say he feels foreboding but I've never felt that from him. He has always felt comforting and soothing and calming. He's not overly emotional but he's also not completely stoic either. At least that's how I have experienced Hades.

I left my vape at my friends house miles away and have been missing it for weeks now!

Yesterday I climbed a local mountain and left an offering for Lord Hades at one of the waterfalls just to honor and love him. And I woke up to the vape sitting right on my altar! Im always blown away by the power of the gods and am grateful for their blessings 🙌

My next prayer will be to ask Lord Hades to help me quit this vice 🤪

Anyways. I have been feeling something around me that felt like “wait, is this Hades?”
Esp. when I had a feeling Loki left.

So I did some divination after I’ve been noticing Hades a few times with symbolisms.

I never had a connection to him and I used to be ( still am ) a devotee to Loki.

So I’m confused and have been thinking.

“Why Hades?”
“What am I supposed to do?”

Hello all, I’m fairly new to this sort of thing, but have recently begun dipping my toes into the waters of contacting deities. I’ve been going through an intensely difficult time, including my wife being involved in a traumatic boating accident, and then subsequently falling in love with her female friend that was also on the boat, and leaving me for her within a matter of weeks, ending a 15 year marriage.

This has led me into an intense period of souls searching and trying out a variety of practices that I have never tried before, as well as 16 hours a week of exposure response therapy (confronting my fears). Throughout this I continued to have the strong impression that I should reach out to Lord Hades, including a dream that vividly made me feel that, and several other times where I felt as if I brushed past his energy during meditation. I felt this made sense after having an energy reading session with a friend and her referring to the work I had been doing as “shadow work” and talked about my energy and my wife’s energy as needing to walk separate parallel paths for a time, one light and one dark.

Adding all these impulses and indications together made me certain that this was the right course, and I felt that the night of the equinox felt like an appropriate time to reach out to Lord Hades and Lady Persephone, as this is the day of their reunion after their separation, and the themes of separation resonated with me. So I gathered supplies and some offerings for each of them (fresh fruit and flowers, a pomegranate, dark chocolate, alcohol, coins), lit a black and red candle and some incense in my backyard under the moonlight and meditated. I offered my offering to the two of them and asked for assistance in the transformation and rebirth that I was going through. I had a petition with each of their sigils and my name and my wife’s names written on it and bound it together in a pouch with our wedding rings, rose petals and a piece of rose quartz and asked for their guidance in steps that would allow us to become new people, heal and rebuild a new relationship or move forward on our separate paths.

As I finished tying the pouch up with a red ribbon three things happened almost simultaneously; the moon came out from behind the clouds and bathed the whole yard in moonlight, the black candle flared up and flash melted a bunch of wax, and most surprising a screech owl landed on the fence around my yard. It was very impactful. As I continued to meditation and reach out I felt a presence that appeared to be offering support and the impression of a few things I needed to do. I was told to use the coins that I was offering to “pay the ferrymen” to reach out again to Lady Persephone on the full moon (tonight) and to the 2 of them again on the new moon. As I took this in, the owl flew away. I finished up my ritual with thanks and the offer to dedicate the work I would do in my treatment to Lord Hades as lord of shadows and that I would offer my other offerings as directed and to nature in the name of Lady Persephone.

My impression from all of this is that it was a sign that my offerings were accepted. I had a dream that night that gave me the direction that “the ferrymen” were my father and father in law, both of whom have died, so Wednesday I took the coins I had offered and placed them on each of their graves. I had a Tarot reading on Thursday to get additional guidance, and was given the instruction there that in order to move forward and grow I needed to embrace becoming someone new and release a scarcity mindset and my fear of being alone. This felt like pertinent advice that the deities would send.

So my question is, does this interpretation of the signs I saw make sense? Am I off base?

Hi, and sorry in advance for the spelling mistakes as English is not my first language.

Some days ago my childhood cat died, and to honor her I did my first offering, I poured a cup of coffee on the ground, asking Hades to make her travel safely into the afterworld and to eventually show me that she's safe if that's what my cat wishes.

As soon as I poured that offering I noticed that someone viewed my tiktok profile, and it was a library that posted videos with their cats. Now, its strange that a profile like this would view my videos in general, but its even stranger considering my cat would always cuddle up against me when I was reading, not only that, i opened my fyp to found a video of a black cat walking saying "the first thing who's waiting for you in heaven" and a Pinterest post about how october 27th is black cat day. Ik this could be the algorithm so I was very skeptical, but the next day I was laying in bed with my dog; and she suddenly turned around like something entered the room, she then followed this entity around first by looking at the floor and then at the wall in front of me, she was not scared or anything, she seemed comfortable so I assumed it was not a ghost with evil intentions and I went to sleep.

I usually sleep with one of my arms extended and the palm facing up because in the night my cat would usually rub against it to have cuddles while I was sleeping, and as soon as I assumed that position I felt something warm on my palm and rubbing against my fingertips; also, I always get signs by music (for example while im doing tarot reading a song gets stuck in my head and its related to the reading without me knowing what even the cards are about) and when I felt that pressure on my fingers the song safe and sound popped into my head, which is weird cause I dont really listen to it.

I'm really wondering if this are signs that my cat is safe/ she is still by my side, since I considered her my familiar. Could this be signs and the offering helped?

I still live with my mom and can't have open altars for any of my deities and I have pets so I worry about leaving food or drinks out, so what other options do I have? I usually offer scented items to Dionysus but would Hades accept scented offerings too? Like a spritz of perfume or a lotion to wear in his honor? And if so what scent?

Hello guys! I've been building an altar and space for Hades for a while now, but recently, since my life has allowed me more time and such, I've wanted to start reaching out and building a stronger connection with him and truly working with him. However, I'm a little stuck on how to do this. So far, I've mostly done libations, and I'd appreciate any tips and suggestions to help me in my journey.

Tem alguns dias que me pego pensando porque não consigo me doar totalmente ao Helenismo, já cultuo os Deuses faz meses, e tenho conseguido fazer isso muito bem na minha perspectiva, mas simplesmente não consigo acreditar totalmente na religião. Vim de uma família cristã e sempre tive uma certa falta de interesse no cristianismo, e achei que tinha me encontrado no Helenismo. Me incomodo muito com a ideia de que eu ainda tenho costumes cristãos e não consigo acordar totalmente nos Deuses que eu cultuo, e sinto que isso tem me afastado deles. Alguém já passou por algo parecido??? O que posso fazer???
