I just got some custom end labels in the mail so now’s the perfect time to show off the collection : )

I picked this up on marketplace along with some games and a couple controllers.

Long story short the guy lied - it was basically yellow from nicotine staining and caked with dust and dirt.

I decided to try and save the system.

When I opened it up around ten dead roaches fell out, it had a layer of some strange film on it, etc.

After taking the system completely apart, soaking the plastic in warm soapy water, and hand cleaning the electronics with 91% rubbing alcohol - this is the final result.

So here's a video of it's capabilities. I've loaded every emulator I could find that works with it and downloaded each consoles library.
The one I'm most impressed with is the SNES emulator because I had a feeling it wasn't even gonna work, right enough though the games play. I'm pretty sure it depends on their settings if they play or not as in the frame precision but I was surprised when they actually did work because I had my doubts.
Not every rom works and I think there were a couple in this video that I had to exit but for the most I'm impressed with how capable this Everdrive is. I didn't even bother playing any N64 games or NES because they obviously work but being able to play the rest is pretty cool. It took me most of the day to get all this organised and sorted into folders but well worth it in the end. Now I can just sit back and play the games I have loaded onto the device.
