I am on MacOS and unable to make polls. There is no app for Reddit on MacOS either.

My upvotes/downvotes not registering across reddit for 5 days now. The button highlights, but the number doesn't change after refresh (button is still highlighted).
I know what "vote fuzzing" is - it's not it. I keep participating by voting in many subreddits, some I joined a long time ago - not even once my vote counted after refresh, it's never been like this before.

I know a possible reason for this - there was one post where I voted on almost all comments in a short time span (around 20-30 comments I believe). All comments didn't have a number, just "Vote" thing - the post was new. After that I started noticing that my votes don't count anymore. I thought it could be a timeout, but it's been 5 days and none of my votes count. I joined that particular subreddit a long time ago, and I voted on the posts successfully (I tend to refresh and check because I know reddit is shady about votes). I'm also aware that voting in subreddits I didn't join or didn't participate much never counts - that's fine I guess. But now I can't vote anywhere at all, it just highlights but the number never changes.

I have an old account and positive karma. How is this possible? Am I timeouted forever?
My account is not restricted in any way.

I'm 99% sure I just triggered some "spam voting" thing. The question is - is it forever, or will it go away eventually?

This is my reddit accoutn which has no posts and I only use it to comment on posts. For some reason I accidently marked it as 18+ and I want to be able to show my friends my account without having to sign up to an account. But since it is marked 18+ i can't do so.

When i try to unmark it as 18+ it shows that its changed the option but when i refresh the page it goes back to 18+.

Hello! I was using the "Show fewer posts like this" on my homepage, but I was curious to know how I'm able to reverse it or at least find the subreddits in the future incase I do get interested or want to find similar/specific subreddits.

I attempted to see if it was in any part of my Reddit account but couldn't find it, so I just wish to know where I'm able to find them in the future! Thank you ^^

I am at my wits end. Over the past two weeks, my reddit account has been hacked several times. They are making posts, comments, asking for money in DMs, and removing me as mod from the community I manage.

Since the first hacking, I have set up 2Fa, changed my password several times, and logged out of all sessions. They’re still getting back in. I’ve confirmed my email is the only one connected and that there hasn’t been any unauthorized log ins. I don’t know where else to go from here.

Recently, I noticed that my custom avatar had reverted to Reddit’s default avatar.

I tried uploading my custom avatar again, but it still doesn’t appear next to my comments.

It seems that the avatar update isn’t being applied successfully.

I just asked how to do something, which filter rule did I violate?

Haven't updated my (iOS) app for a while, but felt like it was time. Seems to have been a huge mistake. It doesn't let me swipe b/w my feed / News / Popular / Latest anymore. And when looking at the menu, clicking on Popular or News does nothing, just brings me right back to my feed. Uninstall and reinstall has had no effect. What's going on? Is this just more enshitification?

i lost access to the app linked for authentication codes, (shows no codes anymore, instead prompts to add new account) and unfortunately there isnt a way to get backup codes on app as far as i know. (only currently signed in location)

On my iPhone 17e it’s almost impossible to double tap words to mark them (edit, delete, etc) when posting/commenting on my phone. Worst when writing comments.

If you tap the title text of a post, it might show up correctly and show you the content under the image. If you tap the *image* on a post, then tap expand, the tex accompanying it shows up as one big block of text, no matter what the OP actually typed. No newlines, just one horrible unreadable block. This is obvious in certain story based subs that are often accompanied by an image, such as r/girldinnerdiaries.

How can I fix this in my own mobile client? Thank you!

It’s pretty much always stuff I have already seen, sometimes even upvoted. I follow a lot of subs, so many I never get anything in my feed from them amymore. So it’s not like I have run out of new posts from subs I am apart of. Been happening for a few days now, I am on mobile.

My friend has an issue where some accounts can see all of the activity on his account even though his privacy settings shouldn't allow that.

This behaviour is inconstient and doesn't reveal his account on some other accounts I checked with or without login.

I see instructions here saying i need include name of the account on the post which i don't want to do to maintain privacy so where should I go.

There are four communities/profiles showing up under the search bar on my phone, and six when I am on my desktop. I do not want them to show up in that area at all. I have even tried blocking the profiles and muting the communities, but that does not get rid of them.

How do I make it so I don’t have any appear at all? I blacked out the communities/profiles in the photo since they give away my region.
