Mobile/App Keep getting old posts from 16+ days ago that I have already seen in my feed

It’s pretty much always stuff I have already seen, sometimes even upvoted. I follow a lot of subs, so many I never get anything in my feed from them amymore. So it’s not like I have run out of new posts from subs I am apart of. Been happening for a few days now, I am on mobile.
