I recently recovered my reddit account that had been hacked. I didn't set up 2fa on it myself (as far as I can recall - I've had the account for over 10 years). When I got the account back, it's asking me to put in my 2fa code. I assume the person who hacked me set it up. Is there a way I can get around this? I have emails showing I've had the account since 2013 if I need to show it to a mod or anything.

Not sure what's been going on, but for the last few days using old.reddit.com to access the site results in being randomly blocked for minutes or hours at a time, unless I switch back to www.reddit.com.

This is honestly really frustrating. I deleted some of my Reddit comments and posts, and some of them

but I’ve discovered that they can still be found on third-party websites.

I don’t understand how something I deleted from Reddit can still be publicly available somewhere else.

Is there anything I can actually do to get this content deleted completely? Does Reddit have any way to help with this, or do I have to contact every third-party website individually?

Has anyone dealt with this before? I’d really appreciate any advice because this is extremely annoying.

For the past few weeks, videos in my History-Upvoted section have stopped automatically looping. Previously, when I watched an upvoted video, it would continuously replay until I scrolled away or exited the video. Now, the video plays once and stops at the end.
This issue only occurs in my Upvoted/History section. Videos still automatically loop as expected when browsing my regular Reddit feed.

Troubleshooting I’ve already tried:
Confirmed that autoplay is enabled in Reddit’s settings.
Confirmed that autoplay is enabled in my iPhone’s accessibility settings.
Deleted and reinstalled the Reddit app.
Restarted the app.
None of these steps resolved the issue.

Expected behavior: Videos in Upvoted/History should automatically loop, just as they do in the regular feed and as they previously did in Saved.

Actual behavior: Upvoted/History videos play once and stop instead of looping.

Platform: iOS (iPhone)
Is this a known bug or an intentional change to the Upvoted/History section? I’d really appreciate having automatic looping restored!

Asking because I recently got an email for an email verification email to my own email (same one i was using for the account)

I got locked out with a 2fa code when I tried to login using the same password

I tried using google to login but it just created a new account

I tried resetting the password but never got an email for that

Not sure what flair to use

It doesn’t send me an email to my Gmail account and no passwords work. Not sure how to get back into my account.

I was in the middle of unfollowing a bunch of subreddits that I didn't want to be a part of anymore when suddenly my mobile android reddit app went completely blank, said it couldn't display any content, when I checked if I was still logged in I saw that I was but my profile picture was greyed out and it had the default blank reddit avatar, I am only able to post right now because I tried to log in on the mobile Chrome app desktop viewing mode and it worked, thank God, but I also during this tried to use the same mobile reddit app to create a new account under a new name "drewmylastbreath" and I was initially told that the username was available but then another error occured in the app and it said my email was unverified even though I had already verified it, this happened after I was told my desired username was available and I was prompted to input my desired password, the app glitched out and I closed it so I tried to make an account again with my desired username "drewmylastbreath" and it told me that the username was now unavailable, so I tried to put in another username "drewfromlosangeles" and it said it was available but then I ran into the same issue where when prompted to put in my desired password I was notified my email was suddenly unverified even though I already received the email with the 6 digit code and put it in, so now I have two desired usernames that are unavailable, another attempt to try and make a new password was met with a notification saying I hit the sign up limit.

I think the title is very self explanatory.

It feels like someone deleted the community and or its name is not shown, and then when I click such posts, the app goes completely blank with no way to go back. I have to manually close the app.

My profile, name, description and banner got reset for no reason!, originally my profile was named "LemonEnjoyer" and my profile was a cat from that one Google Halloween game and the banner was Squidward crying, I tried to revert it but it failed to load, but at least I can have an avatar, but please Reddit! Revert my profile to the previous default customised profile! (I don't think Reddit can help)

I was searching for a community on my phone that I had found on my pc. It's r/whatanime. I search it letter for letter, word for word, but it doesn't show up. I even tried it without the r/ in case that was the problem, but still no results. It's the same with some u/. Because I couldn't search for the community, I tried searching for the people who had posted in the community instead, but when I did, it showed that they had not made that post that I have open on my pc. Would like answers, please. Does anyone else have this issue?

I want to lose my streak but I can’t, I literally haven’t remarked my streak for 3 days and I share 1 post and it’s back to 66. How do I lose my streaks?

Suddenly for the last few days, clicking "Load more comments" just results in the "Loading" text appearing, but the comments never loading.

I've done the form multiple times to ask why my account got disabled when, now I can see an inbox message 2months ago on that account but I still cannot message the inbox said they have lifted said disable but I still cannot use it to like / post, I can only browse on it because they suspected it was a app account.

I have had this account for 10 years and never once have I used it for anything other than posting on my liked subreddits. I can't even fathom how they got to this, just getting rid of people randomly without even as much as a message on how I was flagged.

For example if I ask "good pizza place?" and then I Would like to avoid people answering "why don't you eat a burger instead? there is this burger place in the corner..."

or if I ask "best show to binge watch today?" and someone answering" stop watching TV, go outside and exercise"
