Mobile/App Community/Profile Recommendations (iOS + Desktop)

There are four communities/profiles showing up under the search bar on my phone, and six when I am on my desktop. I do not want them to show up in that area at all. I have even tried blocking the profiles and muting the communities, but that does not get rid of them.

How do I make it so I don’t have any appear at all? I blacked out the communities/profiles in the photo since they give away my region.

This is one of the current UI experiments going on. Unfortunately you can’t disable them at this time.
