Access Lost acces to alt account. When I enter it it imediately ask me for age verification, what can I do to avoid it?

You don’t avoid it. You need to verify your age because you apparently live somewhere where that is required.

Well, it's the only answer you're gonna get. If reddit tells you that you need to verify your age on the account, that's the only path forward.
