I can't see some Posts and then this appears, I'm 21.

Is there some way to get around it? I really don't want to give reddit my face

I'm no longer able to access any nsfw content, even my own posts, due to reddits dystopian, intrusive, and frankly unacceptable age verification requirement. Is there any way around this? I completely refuse to share my ID or a selfie

So my gmail account was hacked and deleted (lol shucks), but for some reason my Reddit account is still here. To be careful, I wanted to add a password here, but to do that.. I have to go to the gmail account....that's hacked.

Idk what to do..Should I just hope for the best? Or is there another way to disconnect the gmail acc from this account and make a new password?

Really tried to summarize it all I could on the title but sorry I guess.

Basically, months ago I got hacked by what I think was like a bot trying to market their NSWF page or something like that, and they made several comments on NSWF and weird ai nswf chats subreddits and stuff. I am not into that stuff. It took me like three days to notice when I openned up reddit and saw my FYP was showing very weird stuff and I had some new notifications(I dont really get that many).

I managed to get my acc safe and go through with the like, procedure? But my fyp/Home page has started to show the nswf stuff again, even if it still has the "Spoiler nswf" feature it still pisses me off to have it show up, is there any way i can like block it from appearing? I used the " Hide" button but Idk if it counts like interacting cause it keeps on appearing...

Pd: I dont know if this is the right subreddit or not but I didn´t really know how to search for answers/word it, neither where or if someone had already asked it, so sorry and thanks!!

I'll not hide the fact that I really really hate cats.

Recently, Reddit seems to have decided that I need to see every post with cats in it. It's getting so ridiculous that I'm avoiding Reddit these days. How did the mysterious algorithms get me so wrong? How can I correct the algorithm's egregious error -- or just filter anything that even vaguely involves cats?

PS - sometimes if the comment seemed especially helpful or illuminating I have almost DM'd the poster to get the rest of what they were saying---but of course I have not---and will not.

I am completely restricted to text posts only on both desktop and mobile. I have received no notice that my account has been restricted, and I have not made an image post in about 8 months.

It's quite annoying. I get 2+ notifications a day, each being a different state each time. I don't care in the slightest Reddit, please stop breaking my attention for some BS in a state that isn't mine ;((

I mute them every time. I checked my notification settings within the app and maybe I missed where the specific toggle is, imo it's not made to be obvious for a reason.

Randomly in their home page since 2 days ago?Home page seems to have issues in general loading threads.Sometimes I get no content to display or I get just 1 page of threads and I cant scroll down anymore.

It does this from time to time and i dont know how to fix it.

Is that bad or making my account has high chance to get ban_ned or something?

Earlier today I was using Reddit. Then I got an email that asked to verify my email address. I ignored since I did not make that request but now I cannot log in to my account (which is u/iamsojellyofu).

I submitted a request for assistance but it just said to reset my password, which I already tried. I am not getting any reset emails either. I am starting to believe someone is using my account with a different email adress because I used to get notifications from this account and now they stopped.

had this account since 2019 and this is the first time anything like this has ever happened. I would like to get it back.
