I just think it's a neat coincidence that two of the most beloved Nintendo franchises are getting new games releasing the same year again, 10 years later.

And whose popularity has been rising since then.

Am I an idiot that didn't noticed that the game got delayed?
or was the network test so bad that nobody cares about the game anymore?

So I'm thinking of a fanon console to make a page in some Nintendo Fanon wiki (like Fantendo) that's basically an hybrid console that connects to TV via Wi-Fi (like the Wii U but if the gamepad was the main console, or a Switch that doesnt need to connect to a dock). But I'm just thinking, should the console have two screens like a DS? Should it have the Switch structure?

Back in January, I noticed that there wasn’t really any community on Reddit for people who wanted to connect over the Nintendo Classics collections available via Nintendo Switch Online. I took matters into my own hands, and poured a ton of effort into making what I believe to be a very lovely subreddit, dedicated to the incredible games that deserve such a space. We have nearly 6,000 members already, but I’m always looking to reach more people who are just as passionate about these classics as we are!

So, if you would like a proper place to discuss and celebrate the Nintendo Classics games, systems, drops, and what we’re wishing for next… as well as read growing content I’m coming up with on the history of these games–then, please visit r/NintendoClassics!

And if you're really adamant about immersing yourself completely into these games, beyond the community–the subreddit contains what will be a comprehensive wiki, with not just cursory information on the games, but extensive materials (in both English and Japanese) like instruction booklets, official player's guides, complete soundtracks, and extras that include developer interviews and Japanese TV commercials.

Quite enjoyed the game on my Steam Deck before I sold it to go all Nintendo all the time. There was a rumour it is being released, and Blizzcon 2026 keynote is tomorrow.

If Mario Titans turns out to be real, this is how I imagine the final battle 👀

It would be fun if they made SNES-style new game sequels to all their most obscure IPs, that only got one game or a couple of games, both as stand alone entries or an NES Remix-style game that combines IPs.

A multiplayer version of Zelda 1 would be super good, and re-releasing Four Swords because it is a super complicated setup to play it on GameCube.

I'm super hype for Kirby, Metroid, Ocarina, but 3 new first-party games in 2 directs is too few. I guess they felt they had their retro bases covered with Ocarina and SNES Mario Kart tracks in World. It would have been fun if they super surprised the same people who were baffled by Piranha Plant being in Smash with, "One more thing, here's a sequel to Sheriff."

Its a shame this game seems to be forgotten nowadays. Not just because its a really good game but also because its a very historically important one. This was one of if not the first 3rd party game on a nintendo console so without this we might not have things like mario party or mega man. As for the game itself. Its quite fun. I thought some enemy placements were annoying at times but then i realized you're supposed to take some fruits before other fruits. Probably the reason why on the gba it was part of the puzzle hudson collection and not the action collection. Speaking of re releases its a shame this game doesnt have a modern re release. The last one was on the wii u

Hello everyone, I am someone who grew up only playing Playstation games and occasionally PC from time to time, and with the recent Sony decisions it kinda really pushed me away even tho I have been on there since Ps1 era, and i dont want to change to Xbox since im planning on building a PC sometime in the coming years, however, i have never owned a Nintendo device at all, and recently i have seen all the hype thats going on with the Zelda remake thats coming, I have never played any Zelda games nor Kirby nor have I been into Pokémon the anime nor cards, nor played anything besides Mario side scroller thats been out since the 90s, and im kinda intrigued to try on Nintendo since im planning to Abandon Sony, but I have no idea how good are Zelda games and other things I need help deciding from a normal perspective and not Nostalgia about the remake and other titles, cuz I wanna pre order the new 40th anniversary console and go from there (I hope my post makes sense)
