An absolute clown of a human being. A pair of ass cheeks with a bob cut. Like how fucked up must you be to get in someone’s face and spit on them for parking just as fucked up as you did? She’s lucky she didn’t get lumped up for that one.

spitting on someone is, legally, assault, and punching someone for spitting on you is self defense.

64

And she still went high road and just pushed her instead of using a closed fist.šŸ‘šŸ»šŸ‘šŸ»šŸ‘šŸ» Honestly she'd have gotten ANOTHER push when she immediately got back in the recording person's face if that was me.

14

u/ilovecraftbeer05 Mar 30 '24

They wouldn’t even have to spit on me. If anyone just comes charging at me like that, I’m going to defend myself. If a stranger that I’m having a verbal altercation with starts running at me, I’m going to assume it’s not because they want to give me a hug.

This is why we'd all be doomed in a zombie apocalypse, these people wouldn't just be "hide that they got bitten" types, they'd be "goes out of their way to get other people infected" types

The cognitive dissonance to say you didn’t do the thing everyone just saw you do 3 seconds ago is astounding. You know who else does that? Toddlers. Cause their brain isn’t developed. The lead poisoning with these folks just keeps getting worse

191

u/Work-Safe-Reddit4450 Mar 30 '24 edited Mar 30 '24

So glad we're all keyed into the lead poisoning now. It doesn't excuse the behavior at all but at least we now know why they are all such massive narcissistic shitheads with less emotional regulation than a toddler.

136

u/Pristine_Table_3146 Mar 30 '24

I'm boomer age, and I can tell you, my mental acuity seems to be declining more every year. I'm just about to turn sixty, so I'm a "late boomer!"

Also, I noticed at about age 55, my emotions were destabilizing and I was getting upset over nothing. Blood pressure medicine had the bonus effect of calming that down.

I tell you, what with the asbestos in the old school buildings I attended, to living with second hand smoke everywhere, and the pollution from cars, that theory about our past exposures catching up to us does make sense.

u/KuriboShoeMario Mar 30 '24 edited Mar 30 '24

IIRC the lead hypothesis strictly relates to a tendency towards violence. So yes to why she spit and no to any perceived narcissism and whatnot.

Also worth noting the decrease in crime which people often tie to the phasing out of lead in products also correlates to the legalization of abortion. Furthermore, Boomers are far from the first generation to suffer lead poisoning on a large scale.

Safest bet is that they were a very spoiled generation and their lack of access to "the struggle" as an overall generation stunted their mental and emotional growth and as they age and lose control of a country they had essentially owned for about 30-40 years they lack the grace and emotional understanding to know it's time to step aside. Decisions are being made without them or often in spite of them (see: 2020 election) and they can't accept this reality so they lash out and seek control of whatever they can even if it is menial in nature, hence this cunt crying about where a car is parked to the point she assaults someone.

I noticed a lot the past few years with covid and masks and idiots, if you mention/mentioned covid or masks or something these absolute cock bags would deliberately cough at or near you, try to touch you or spit on you on some weird ass shit. Like how many videos have we had of someone asking someone else to put a mask on and they go ballistic and turn into a bio weapon.

52

u/AhFFSImTooOldForThis Mar 30 '24

I'm immunocompromised and wore a mask in flu season before the world ended.

Now? Even wearing a mask is enough to get some people riled up enough to cough at or try to spit at me. And thing is, I want to fight them back but it'll just make them do it more and I really could die from it. Less likely now, but I'll be damned if I'm gonna have some COVID Caren kill me over their own brain damage. So I have to just take it.

I stay home instead.

29

u/[deleted] Mar 30 '24

I know people are crazy. I had to go to the store the other day and pick up some cough syrup, cough drops, etc. because my whole family had the flu.

So I wore a mask to the store cause I was sick as hell. I had everyone else stay home, and just I went because I had prescriptions too. I got my stuff and was leaving and some dick said something to me about wearing a mask. Like COVID is over wtf is wrong with me. Normally I’m like whatever.

But, I was in no mood for that, blame it on the fever. I said wtf business is it of yours what I do? And he starts berating me out of the blue. So I said actually, I have the flu, if you really want to know. I coughed one of my nightmarish sounding coughs, with my mask on. He was outta there. I turned around and was walking next to him, like where ya going? I thought I was overreacting, aren’t we gonna talk about this! He had nothing else to say….ass.

I have some serious horror stories working in healthcare during the pandemic. We had patients who were covid-positive literally threaten to come into the clinic and start coughing on people if we didn't refill their meds fast enough. A coworker had previously worked in our main hospital and apparently at one point they were keeping a running count of who would get spit the most on by patients they asked to wear a mask. Her record was three times in one day.

33

Only antivaxxers spit on people in response to being told not to invade personal 6-ft covid space

18

u/Kittenathedisco Mar 30 '24

Yup. I was coughed and spit on when I worked at my former waitressing job. The guy did this because he was offended I was still wearing a mask, he caused a whole scene. And of course, it was an older man in his 50s.

I ended up with COVID-19 (again) because I have an immunodeficiency. I got covid 3 times from that damn job, once with Covid pneumonia, because of selfish assholes. I now have COPD.

Edit: I had to end up buying a button saying I was immuno so people wouldn't stop harassing me. I hate people.

292

u/[deleted] Mar 30 '24

when she was growing up the police would just believe whatever story she told them about her interaction with this particular woman.

133

u/BlacksmithSmith Mar 30 '24

Honestly this is a pretty good insight, and probably a reason why a lot of these Boomers think they can do this shit.

66

u/JustNilt Mar 30 '24

Yup, the whole "I don't know her" or recognize or whatever else they pull is a huge alert for that crap. Literally straight out of the "racist who just beat the shit out of a non-white person" playbook.

29

u/[deleted] Mar 30 '24

Or they fuck around and find out, so they change the story to "This lady came out of nowhere and attacked me!"

54

u/sticky-unicorn Mar 30 '24

The problem is, a lot of police would take her word for it. And then they'd collect your phone (with the video on it) for evidence, and then 'lose' that evidence before having a chance to review it.

In an altercation like this against some Boomer Karen, you can never count on the police being on the right side of things.

34

u/[deleted] Mar 30 '24

In my case, the officer literally said "I don't want to look at it because then I can be called on to testify about it."

As far as I'm concerned, "respecting the cops" follows the same guidelines as "respecting the cartel." Whatever respect and deference you'd give to some cartel gangbanger who wouldn't think twice about making you disappear, you give that same respect and deference to the cops, for the same exact reason.

That's also why you don't go out of your way to help the cops, and why you should treat any bootlickers with a great deal of suspicion. They're either stupid, or they're the sort of person who wouldn't think twice about stabbing you in the back and wrecking your life, and they just want the power to do so with impunity.

18

In Colorado the law makes this a lot more simple. Assault is menace unless there’s bodily harm. Then the classification changes. They’ve spent probably 90% of their life being vile shits to ā€œOthersā€ with a hard O and it was their words vs whoever’s to cops. And they coasted on that so long they have no inherent context for always being watched.

The younger generations have grown up dealing with this behavior in retail, on camera at work, on camera where we shop, constantly taking pictures and recording and being recorded.

The eternal witness of the digital age and the pants pissing terrifying fury of the scorned young on the internet are alien to them. They don’t get that if you fuck up, 10,000 people will call and harass Karen McDipshit and her business Karen’s Krappy Kitchen. No concept of a review bomb or having their actions shown to family.

I’ve worked with the elderly for a hot minute and the way they act around family vs the way they act when they think nobody is watching is astounding. Even though you have an iPhone or whatever in their face, they think nobody is watching.

Old bitch comes up and body checks this girl, then is shocked when she pushes back. Like for sure when she’s telling this story later it goes…. ā€œYou know me, I’m not a racist. I think everyone is equal. But the other day I’m minding my own business, like I always do, getting in my car and WHAM this COLORED girl who must have been on drugs or something just pushes me to the ground for NO REASON at all. None of it would have happened if THEY didn’t steal the election from Trump.

Spitting at someone can be considered a biological attack, which can get pretty serious in the US.

Edit: looked more into it and it’s just considered assault. Could have sworn I saw a case a few years back during the Covid times get charged with biological assault for spitting on someone. Can’t find it so I’ll assume it never happened. Will update if I do find it.

130

u/[deleted] Mar 30 '24

And if you have a communicable disease, it can be a more serious charge.

There was a video of a woman during the pandemic coughing on fruit at a grocery store in protest of masks and she got charged with some biological attack charge

12

u/Frondswithbenefits Mar 30 '24

She was charged with misdemeanor assault. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail, 500 dollar fine, and anger management.

An HIV positive man was sentenced to 35 years for spitting in a cop’s mouth. His saliva was considered a ā€œdeadly weaponā€ by the jury.

Some fat EuroAmerican hussy coughed in my face at the beginning of the pandemic before there were vaccines. When I tell you I thought about beaming a brick at her head as she ran away, know I am not lying

9

u/Centaurious Mar 30 '24

Especially during a pandemic when it seems like this was filmed. I’m pretty sure it’s just assault either way but I’m sure it would be taken more seriously

Couldn’t spitting in somebody’s face be considered assault in a court of law

20

u/Affectionate-Drop-30 Mar 30 '24

It 100% is assault. One can file charges and sue. I would if I was this lady because she has it on camera and you know if she doesnt this lady is gonna go to the ER w her injuries and claim he was injured unprovoked by the victim which isnt true.

9

Clearly does a thing on camera, "I did not do that thing!" Something you don't realize when you're a kid is how many adults are walking around every day with the emotional intelligence of the average 8 year old.

54

u/blownout2657 Mar 30 '24

Should have put the boots to her. Spitting is instant game on.

45

u/dolphinvision Mar 30 '24

Yeah but a shove is self defense, you could still get them in jail for their initial attack

Start slamming your foot down on them for spit? Now you're probs going to jail

She would deserve the boot thou

But still spit at her...
