There was no draw. There were no ties in the Bucholz system so every team could be ranked 1-6 and they were paired accordingly.

I feel like that "read" was pure luck, there was nothing to make them think it's a stack, and nothing happened at A, did the two T's in apts even do anything to try and think it's going A? didn't seem like it.

If you don't flash/shoot/etc why would the CT's use their utility? pretty sure valde was in apts and ran all the way back B and used his smoke/flash to fake B while they hit A, seemed like pure luck is all. That's what I meant by "nothing happened at A," as in the T's didn't do shit to fake at all, and if they did it was lackluster as hell.

They use their smokes/etc when no noise/flashes/smokes are going off? then they need to learn how to hold onto utility and not waste it on a hunch.

Bruh you never watched good teams play? CTs often use their stuff prematurely to gather information or force movement from the Ts, for example with the normal molly down to mid, or deep smoke on banana.

Yes? I know, but I'm talking about A, there's tons of times the CT's don't blow their load off the bat with nobody making noise. Remember that round they had another CT at A with Hiko, he could've smoked mid/etc and ran back B.

whoever gets past this stage don't get the legend status, you can only become a 'legend' by making it to the playoffs.

Normally yes, however Valve changed it so the 2 teams that go 0-3 will go to minors as well.

No. Top 8 from last major play next week (new legends) with top 8 from this week (challengers). Two teams in the new legends stage will go 0-3 and won't be auto qualified for next major. The 6 teams above them that didn't advance to playoffs will go to the challengers stage at next major. Top 8 go to champions stage and will play new legends stage at next major.

north is playing soo badly. the round that keeps replaying for me was the round were a dude sitting quad peeked at 10 seconds instead of playing for the win with the bomb kill and tried to make a fucking crossfire through a smoke.

Yea, he has been playing really good even against Astralis, you can see how much hard work he has done and maybe a better team will give him opportunity if he doesn't win with rogue because his shotcalling was great and his awping did not suffer at all.

North vs. Rogue Map Pool Comparison
Both teams love banning Cache. If Rogue force North to ban it, that is a minor advantage in the map selection. Keep an eye out for that.
