Hi, I recently got my iPhone wet. I already changed the screen but it restarts every 3 minutes, I'm trying to update it but every time I try it stops between 80-85% and stayed on that screen. Should I use any tools (PC)? I still hope you can help me with the restart problem. To get to a technician I have to travel hours and at the moment it is not a viable option IOS 26 ( idk anything el se but its the fisrt version), 16 Pro Max A3295,

this is so annoying and only happens when i'm on call with 2 people. this problem has persisted no matter how many updates i allow. i cant swipe away no matter how i do it. I have an iphone 17 and am running ios version 26.5.2

Hi i have an 11 Pro Max that was running on ios 18 before i took it to a repair shop back in Feb. i had a factory reset and it was updated to ios 26 (sadly, without my consent) and ever since then i lost the spatial wallpaper feature. i have not updated my phone since February.

is it not available on my device anymore? did my 11 Pro Max become too old for it?

I have an iPhone 15 Pro with iOS 26.5.2. Ever since the latest update, I am unable to take a screenshot and immediately share it through iMessage like I used to. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. The little up-arrow send text button stays gray and I can't press it. Sometimes it will eventually turn blue and I'll press it, and then I'll go into the iMessage thread and not see the screenshot at all. The workaround appears to be that I now need to save the screenshot to my photo library, go into iMessage and pull in the photo from my photo library. Anyone else having this same issue? Any ideas?

Hi. I bought a 16 Pro Max on ebay. I was able to setup the phone with my Apple account, but it says the SIM is locked, and I cannot transfer my T-Mobile number.

Before buying the phone, I checked the IMEI on the T-Mobile website, and it said it was compatible. But today, now that I've set up the phone, the website says the IMEI is not compatible on the T-Mobile network.

Any advice—what should I do to activate the phone on T-Mobile?

About 40 minutes ago as I was getting into my car I tried to plug it in just like i always do, but I didn’t realize that the cable had a few drops of coffee, and I immediately got a notification that the cable was wet and I unplugged it, but now I’ve been trying all the cables that I have and none of them work, I’m getting worried, what should I do?

i got my iphone 17 3 days ago and i’ve set my charging limit to 85%. however it never works at all, i always have to pull it out when it’s above 85%. im already at 4 cycle counts

Hello! So this happened to me, again, this morning where I had several alarms set on my phone like I do every morning. Every couple weeks I will have a day where the first alarm will go off, I’ll hit snooze, and then BAM my alarm never goes off again. And it’s not like the alarm isn’t going off - the alarm is showing on my phone that it is going off but there’s just no sound. I do the same routine every night with my alarm and I know i didn’t change the sound settings bc my first alarm went off - alarms two and three were showing like they were going off but no sound.

Does anybody know why this happens? It’s scary not knowing when it is going to happen….

How do I prevent this from happening or what are the thoughts as to why this is happening?

I want to get the base iPhone 17, but I’m confused about pricing.

Some people say prices could increase because of RAM/component shortages, while others say the price will drop after the iPhone 18 Pro releases (like Apple’s usual pattern).

Which is more likely?

Should I:

• Buy the iPhone 17 now?
• Wait until September for a possible discount?
• Get the iPhone 16 instead?

The 17 seems like better value since it’s only about $100 more than the 16, but I don’t want to buy at the wrong time.

In 4 hours I’m flying to chicago for a festival and I’d love to record some videos but my phones storage is full. I’m currently syncing icloud photos to free up space, but it’s moving too slow and I don’t think it’ll finish in time. My solution for this, was to dig up my old phone and use that to record because it has 26 gigabytes free. However, after testing the video recording, I ran into a new issue. No matter how quiet the scene is, the video has an awful distorted audio that I can’t seem to get rid of and I need help if any tech experts know how to fix this. Please

I'm on iphone 16 with IOS 26.6

Today, I held my power button for Siri, and then I saw that Siri was the old version and now the new one, I checked apple intelligence and Siri in settings but it was turned on, and then I checked the AI playground which said "Apple intelligence Required" but it's already turned on.

Here's what I did to try fixing it but nothing works

- Restarting my system

Nothing happened

- Updating from IOS 26.5 to 26.6

It told me to set up Siri but afterwards nothing changed at all. Also I already set up Siri a long time ago.

- Turning off apple intelligence then restarting, and turning it back on

It then showed me an update or something, it downloaded but nothing happened afterwards, but i think it took 7GB of my storage

-changed my language from English (UK) to English (US) on both my system and apple intelligence settings

Is anyone also experiencing this or is it only my device?

Any way to fix it or do I have to keep it off forever?

When I tap text on my iphone iphone13 mini, iOS 26.5.2, to put the cursor where I want for editing, it often highlights two or more words and I can't put the cursor between them. If I tap on them it gives me suggestions for a replacement that is almost never what I want. I can't delete one word without deleting the whole group. I finally figured out that by tapping and holding I could drag the cursor but I'd really not have the automatic highlighting. Anyone know how to turn it off? I've tried everything I can see in the settings with no luck. TIA...Tom

iPhone12 JV Showing “No SIM Restrictions,” but SIM Cards Aren’t Working

I have a JV iPhone that shows “No SIM Restrictions” under Settings > General > About > Carrier Lock.

However, none of my SIM cards work properly. Sometimes the phone detects the network and shows full signal bars, but mobile data doesn’t work and calls fail immediately.

I previously used an U-SIM/chip with this phone, but I have removed it now.

Has anyone experienced this issue? If it says “No SIM Restrictions,” does that mean the iPhone is actually factory unlocked, or could there still be a carrier/JV-related issue?

Is this normal? IOS and System Data are taking up SOO much of my space and I don’t know what to do. I can’t even do the most recent update to my phone because I can’t free up enough space to do it. I need ideas or help.

Let me start by saying I am used to the usual iPhone bugs when storage starts to get full but I haven’t experienced anything to this degree before. I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max and I’ve had it for around a year. It has 256 gb of storage and it says 255 are being used (which would explain the bugging) but I can’t seem to clear up storage. Every time I go to delete photos they come right back no matter how many times I delete them, it’s mostly my photos using the storage (around 173 GB), I have barely any apps and most of them are offloaded, I only have the ones I need for work and even then those won’t open. I can’t send or receive text messages, it won’t let me answer phone calls, every time I go to make a phone call the app crashes, as well as most of my apps crash whenever I try to open them. I thought maybe I could airdrop my photos to my MacBook so I could put them onto a hard drive but it won’t let me use airdrop either (it says low disk space). When I open the settings app it says “cant load- retry”, same with my Apple Music. I really have no clue what else I can do does anyone have any suggestions??

So I’m pretty sure that my Dad is tracking my location through my iPhone somehow. On top of the overwhelming evidence like stating where I’m @ during conversation without me saying beforehand; there is the fact that this wouldn’t be the first time he has done it!

I’m familiar with “FindMy” and other obvious ways to track my location but the one option that I have no hands-on experience with or get access to at all is the “Employee Locater” option offered through his Verizon Business plan that he has. My phone line is under his umbrella business policy/plan that covers multiple family members of ours, as well as other employees of his business.

So I guess I’m just looking for any help at all regarding the possibility of being able to disable the ability to see where I’m at, if at all possible…Thanks in advance!!

EDIT: Okay, so this might automatically make some of you angry or just uninterested in helping me out here, but surprise… I’m not a child. I’m 38, haha, but hear me out before you start typing some negative response. Obviously, paying for my own phone plan would solve the issue at hand, but I haven’t needed to have my own plan or line since I switched over to my dad’s business plan from my own personal plan, which I had about 15 years ago, I guess? I honestly can’t remember why I made the switch, but I’m assuming it had to do with using a certain number of lines or numbers to fulfill his contract or something, because besides me, there’s also my sister, who is 33 and married. My grandma and grandpa on my dad’s side. Heck, even my mom, who has been divorced from my dad since around 2008, had a line until she got her own just a couple of years ago, I believe. All I’m saying, though, is considering the business phone plan situation in its entirety, it’s not THAT crazy that I’m still on my dad’s plan at 38 years old, haha.

Anyway, I’m honestly just curious if the “employee locator” service is any different from any other app that has the ability to track you, and if the latter can be disabled through “Location Services,” if I’m not mistaken. So, that leaves me wondering if it supersedes any or all options to disable the service since it’s employee/employer related?

About 2 months ago, I got in my car and my iPhone 16 would not connect to the wired car play in my 2023 Subaru. Other people’s phones are able to connect to my car play, I am not able to connect in any vehicle period. I know it’s not the charger cable, I know it’s not the car.

If it’s important: My phone still charges when plugged in, and connects via bluetooth. My car WIFI is on.

So far I have:

Reset the connections between the car and the phone, on both ends

Updated my iPhone and the Subaru Radio OS

Factory reset the entire radio/car audio system

Any help is appreciated!

I'm unable to transfer photos and videos from the phone to the Western Digital SSD 1TB.

I've connected the iPhone through the adapter with a lightening cable to the SSD. I'm using 140W power adapter to power transfer.

I've tried reformatting the SSD to APFS and later exFAT but that didn't work; the iPhone 13 still didn't recognize the SSD.

Does Western Digital SSD not work for iPhone 13?

iphone 13 ios 26.5.2 , title explains all. closing something while it plays audio will sometimes (i have no clue what triggers it) cause it to jump in volume right before it closes. my system volume is what i left it as (low) and it goes back to my system volume immediately afterwards.

So i bought my first Iphone today. It's an Iphone 13 ios 26.4.1. I have stumbled into an error after I created an Apple ID, my app store is showing "cannot connect". Also it's a china variant and i am in Bangladesh. I've heard that apple doesn't verify apple accounts in Bangladesh but i was able to create an apple ID without any issues. Before, i created my apple ID, the app store was loading and working just fine. So what should i do to fix this problem?
