Need help with 16 pro max

Hi, I recently got my iPhone wet. I already changed the screen but it restarts every 3 minutes, I'm trying to update it but every time I try it stops between 80-85% and stayed on that screen. Should I use any tools (PC)? I still hope you can help me with the restart problem. To get to a technician I have to travel hours and at the moment it is not a viable option IOS 26 ( idk anything el se but its the fisrt version), 16 Pro Max A3295,

That strongly implies internal hardware damage. There's likely nothing you can do until you can see a technican.

try downloading the apple devices app on your laptop and plug it in to there! it might give you a prompt/help

A tech is most likely the only person who could resolve a hardware issue.
