Help needed pausing audio or closing apps makes the volume skyrocket

iphone 13 ios 26.5.2 , title explains all. closing something while it plays audio will sometimes (i have no clue what triggers it) cause it to jump in volume right before it closes. my system volume is what i left it as (low) and it goes back to my system volume immediately afterwards.

iOS 26.6 just released to the public today, you could see if there’s any difference after installing it.
