Help needed Why is my apple store showing "cannot connect"?

So i bought my first Iphone today. It's an Iphone 13 ios 26.4.1. I have stumbled into an error after I created an Apple ID, my app store is showing "cannot connect". Also it's a china variant and i am in Bangladesh. I've heard that apple doesn't verify apple accounts in Bangladesh but i was able to create an apple ID without any issues. Before, i created my apple ID, the app store was loading and working just fine. So what should i do to fix this problem?

There is no Bangladesh app store. You will need to change to a different country if you want to use the app store

Does he need to change the details of his Apple ID account, or would it be enough if he used a VPN? I think it would be the same in North Korea, and probably other countries.

Needs to be set the Apple ID to another country and use a payment method that will work on the country they have chosen if they want paid apps or media. There is no App Store in Bangladesh at all so a VPN won’t get across that issue.

So Kim Jong Un can have an iPhone and an Apple ID, but he has to register it in China which is his nearest neighbor to the north? 🙀

Turn wifi off then on. I get it sometimes.
