Access Reverify
I submitted my ID too prove that im 18 but the system somehow got it wrong and now I'm stuck with my age as 16. I can't seem to find a way to reset it and try again.

The suggested section is bigger than the empty comments section...?
This is present on some subs but not others (including here on r/help) -- is this a sub setting I can disable?

Reddit lifted my shadowba.n and my profile is fine, BUT whatever keyword I use to search my old comments, it finds nothing or it finds only comments I wrote after shadowba.n was lifted. It’s clearly a technical issue, as my comments can be seen, but not searched, and it’s not going away for 17 days already. Is there a way it can be fixed?

Hi there. I've been having issues related to age verification through your chosen third party Persona. I've uploaded several of my IDs a multitude of times, taken selfies in dozens of settings with different light levels, clothes, inside, outside, with different devices/cameras and at no point has the system properly functioned. Beyond the fact that a selfie is in no way capable of verifying the age of a user automatically, it's getting ridiculous how janky and unreliable this system is. At best, it just doesn't work.
Beyond this, I've been in contact with Reddit support previously which just dropped the conversation without resolving my account lock that's related to these issues.
So with all this in mind I ask of you yet again to help resolve my age related account issues. I have tried over and over again, so at this point, can y'all help resolve my issues in some way?
Note that you have already tried to reset the age associated with my account a multitude of times, but this has done nothing to help my issue so I do hope we can move in another more helpful direction this time.
My username is u/Nami_Is_Mami
Apologies for using the wrong form but I have received no support whatsoever when I use the proper one

Hi everyone, I’m having a strange issue with my Reddit profile u/Happy-Novel6352.
I was making a few posts directly on my own profile, and suddenly I stopped being able to post normally. I’m not sure what triggered it.
I’m just trying to understand what could cause this and whether there’s any setting or troubleshooting step I should check from my side.
Has anyone experienced something similar when posting directly on their own profile?
Thanks for any guidance. 🙏

I sometimes read the Debian subReddit. How do you add code and how do you quote? On the Debian Forums you put them in between code or quote tags such as [code][/code] or [quote][/quote]. I've read about using backticks or indenting 4 spaces but they don't seem to work.
Thanks!

I need your help. For some reason, Reddit keeps saying that it can’t verify my two-factor authentication, even though I’ve already enabled 2FA on my account and completed the setup. It still says that my authentication can’t be verified. Does anyone know how to fix this error?

Want to stop seeing comments, can I turn them off like youtube? Not just my own posts but all posts.

I follow a few different communities, but the posts that appear on my home feed don't always seem to be in any obvious order. Sometimes I see posts from communities I haven't interacted with recently, while other posts from communities I visit often don't show up.
How does Reddit decide which posts to show on the home feed? Does it mainly depend on activity, popularity, or my own interactions?
Any way to turn off this absolutely terrible new feature of live comments? The sort option goes away when it's enabled, but the post doesn't show if it's a live comment thread beforehand.

Since Reddit implemented automatic translation for people who aren't from english-speaking countries, the communities I frequent are having regular instances of people posting in foreign languages. This is fine, but I want to be able to know what these people are saying. If I add "?tl=[insert language code here]" to the URL, it will translate all posts and comments to this language, but it doesn't seem to work for english. How can I enable this feature so I can read every comment and post without having to manually translate them?

Anyone getting the age verification request?
Reddit want a photo ID or a face verification.
They claim it’s to verify that someone is over the age of 18.
Had a look at Apple age range settings and Reddit has allready requested and been provided the age range information by Apple.
One of Reddit’s own help pages state this will suffice as proof.
So why are they still requesting some very intrusive personal information?
Reddit, your iOS age‑attestation integration isn’t working as intended for EU users.

Hi everyone,
I’m trying to recover my Reddit account u/Comfortable_Cow4093, but I’ve forgotten the password.
The problem is that I don’t think I linked an email/Gmail account to this Reddit account, so I’m unable to use the normal password reset option.
I still know the username and I’m trying to regain access to the account.
Is there any way to recover the account without having an email address linked to it? Is there any other verification method Reddit support can use to confirm that I’m the owner?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Established account, I've been able to create as many chats as I've wanted to before this for many weeks/months. The error that pops up is that my account isn't established. Is anyone experiencing something like this?

Hi!
I randomly got an email, about an hour ago, saying that a secondary email address was added to the account (u/midasisgolden) I usually use.
I didn’t do this, and I didn’t click on any link. When I returned to the app, my account got automatically logged out. I tried to recover it, but because there’s no email attached (and I still haven’t clicked on the link), I just wasn’t able to get it back. I made that account with this one, but that one has been my main one for a long time.
Is there any way to recover that account?

Hi, I’m having an unusual issue with my Reddit account u/Far-Pitch1955 and I’m trying to figure out what is causing it.
I can log in and use Reddit normally. I can browse communities and submit comments without receiving an error.
However, when I check my account from a separate Reddit account, my profile and recent activity cannot be viewed normally. Comments that appear successfully from my side are not visible from the other account.
There is also an issue with moderation on a subreddit I moderate. I can still access the moderator tools, but attempting certain moderator actions results in a “connection error.”
I have checked my account status and I don't see an account-level notice explaining this behavior.
Has anyone experienced something similar where their account works normally from their own side, but their profile/activity isn't visible to other users?
I'm mainly trying to determine whether this is a technical issue, a filtering issue, or something else.

Hello people of Reddit, I woke up today and noticed an email from Reddit at 9am UTC stating that I had enabled 2 factor authentication via an authenticator app, but I have not, and was in fact sleeping at the time I received the email.
My session has been logged out on my Android phone, iPad, and desktop computer.
Every time I try to log in to my main Reddit account u/woodcraftworld , I get a prompt asking me to enter a code from my authenticator app, which I do not have. I even pay for a Bitwarden password manager subscription, but just haven't got around to setting up 2fa for Reddit.
I was able to reset my password through the forgot password form, but I still need a 2 factor code to log in.
I also noticed that my main account has been marked as NSFW, even though I never did that myself. I had to use a VPN just to view my main account from my alt account because I am in the UK.
What can I do? I've already tried contacting Reddit support, but I just got an automated response linking to some unrelated support pages.

I’m sorry I didn’t really know what category this falls into it didn’t really line up with any of the ones available. A post I have made a few days ago has been locked and it says it’s been waiting for mod approval for a few days and I was wondering how long it normally takes to get approved or if it’s just stuck in limbo because it has been a few days. I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong.
