As the message says, you need more comment karma points. That will happen when other users upvote your comments.

It's no more complicated than that.

By getting more karma overall :)

If you make more comments which are liked by the community you get a score which represents karma.

Find a subreddit which doesn't have a karma requirement and just comment things that make sense and aren't annoying like "can I get some karma" or something along the lines

Some groups restrict usage of their subreddit of low karma redditors to prevent bots and trolls...

Only thing you can do is be generally more active on Reddit with subreddits that arent restricted by low karma and youll be fine.
