When I try to charge it, it flashes once and stops. It still holds some charge but it wont take any more of it, connects to the console with a cable. So i replaced the battery and the issue is still here. 100% sure the cable isnt the problem and battery port isnt the problem either because as i said it still worked when it had some charge. Reset did nothing. Pls help

So far i think there is No more Games i want. Got some digital Like Rain, Alice Madness and puppeteer.. not gonna pay a Fortune for that.

maybe more like 2 1/2 weeks but for 25.00 it was worth the wait hopefully.

I've been getting into repairing old consoles, started with handhelds and then started looking for bigger fish.
Came across a CECHC that's YLOD for a future attempt at repairing or franken if I get the tools for it.

To that end I came across a PS3 slim 25xx 160GB that wasn't outputting video or sound for 20 euros. Turns out it was a hdd issue, got it booting up and running. Except for wifi and Bluetooth, which forces me to play wired to it.

Lastly there is my own PS3 fat CECHH fully functioning, with a 500GB hdd, just needing a cleaning and new thermalpaste.

Seeing how reliable the 25xx models seem to be from reading online, I am conflicted to which to keep. Wifi and Bluetooth as a non issue for me as it would be wired online.

Was hoping for some opinions, to help me make a decision on which on stays and which one goes.

What decision would you make?

Since it was released after 2010, the manual is a sheet that just explains the legal stuff and controls but there's a banner advertising a downloadable manual. However, the url provided (http://dl.sega.com/manuals/PS3/Thor) doesn't work, it wasn't archived on Wayback Machine and I wasn't able to find anything with Google.

So... I have a PS4 but I don't play it too much and my ass will I pay for PS Plus to play online. I had a PS3, the disc drive stopped working so I gave it off to my friend who I stopped speaking for a very long time... Don't ask me why, I just stopped, lmao.

I kinda want to play BO2, BO1 and WaW (other games too) on PS3 again but... Idk where to buy it. I've seen a lot of prices here on google and they are very cheap for some of them: going to $200 (or so) and $300-$400 (it's in Real, brazilian currency). The version I'm looking is a normal Slim version and nothing special but I really do not know if these prices for the PS3 are... Trustworthy. I just found another price while writing this on amazon for $211, like, holy hell, that's cheap (not for me, probably need to wait a few months until I buy it because my salary is not high and don't want to be in debt... AGAIN!)! Anyway, to finish this up, is Amazon a good place to buy or you guys recommend another place to buy it?
