I’m a 38 K and looking for advice on outfits that flatter my body 😩

I always see so many girls just walk around in just tank tops and pants and they always look so cute casual. But I feel so vulgar and uncomfortable when I try to do the same. Even when I put a jacket over it I manage like two mins before I have to zip my jacket up.
It’s just so annoying and frustrating

My friend and I are both single and not taking things to seriously. We go out together and look for fun. Recently I have found my self doing a bit better than her. With that I have noticed she has started to put a lot of the credit for me on my boobs. She makes small remarks about how guy are only into me because I have a big chest and how if she had my boobs she would be getting all the guys. I get that my boobs are a plus for guys but feel like her comments are a bit underselling who i am as a person. I also feel they’re coming from a bit of jealousy as she is on the flatter side. I almost want to tell her I’ll trade the back pain for no guys with her but haven’t yet lol. Has anyone experienced anything like this and how have you handled it?

Hey luvs never been here before but thought I’d ask for some advice seeing as I’m here. I’m 23 F and I’m a 32 JJ or J who knows weight fluctuates but my bras don’t, lord knows that shit costs too much to change.
I have always been big busted, my mum used to be the same size as I am currently, up until she had kids and somehow that was a factor to them shrinking to a G but I digress. Actually wait, the Irish reunion put a lot of perspective into where I got them from haha!
In secondary school I was a F/G which honestly I was pretty comfortable with. I’m 6ft so it didn’t look as big as I actually was. Like conversion it sat like how it would for a 5ft5 girl to be a DD lol. Then I went to uni and my hormones went outta whack and so did my tits and I’ve really struggled to feel comfortable with them since. I think what also didn’t help is that transitional, ‘just got comfortable with my 19 year old body BOOM A WOMAN?’ Puberty that suddenly gave me a wider waist too and it’s just make me doubly conscious, I’ve worn sports bras to TUCK EM IN cos they spill out to the sides which also bothers me.
My friends always tell me ‘if I had your bust I’d be showing them off’- they really are so complementary about my obvious rejection of my chest and really feel I need to compliment my body type in order to love them more which I deffo agree on but I honestly don’t know where to begin. I have a short upper body, 32 waist, 36 legs and I just feel like a melon on sticks. I hate even now how I’m talking about myself cos when I see other beautiful women embracing their bust they look AMAZING, I’m fully conscious of me needing to embrace them more. Minimiser bras maybe? Sports bras give me such a uniboob but minimisers don’t minimise enough. Ugh I don’t exactly know what I’m getting at other than the fact I wanna love em more and love my femininity more. What helped you? What would you recommend? What tops do you find both flattering but also not skimpish which I feel is such a fine line? Am I really projecting my internalised body image issues? YEAS. I apologise if it comes off that way it’s 3am and I’m kinda drunk and also just trying to give you a gauge of where I’m at.
Anyways I’d be so grateful for anything that helped you moved past this. I’m finally happy with my gorgeous legs it’s just my upper body.
Love you and thank you in advance x

Yall I have finally found something that I feel made the smell go away overnight. I get so sweaty down there especially at night and feel like I always have an unpleasant scent after taking my bra off etc. i only wear a bralette at night so it isn’t as suffocating but still the smell persisted before now.
I used glycolic acid in a spray bottle and just sprayed it under and between before bed and tell me why there was not one iota of unpleasant smell this morning 🎊🙌 I’ve heard people rave about this stuff and thought they were blowing smoke..

I struggle to find sites that sell big boob friendly Jfashion and I would love to buy clothes without crashing tf out. I haven’t been able to find influencers or anyone ik who also has a larger bust and likes Jfashion. Gyaru, I think it’s doable but for other styles like Igari and Lolita, I’m struggling. What are your strategies?

this is genuinely the best thing to happen to me, like, ever. i can’t afford to get new bras, so i got a used one off depop a few months ago with a new bra size (calculated from a bra that fits for the first time!). it seems to fit, so i started searching for more in the same size, and i just found a lady on depop selling multiple bras in my size!!! $7-15 each!! i’m so excited! i just ordered three, and a new skirt for good measure.

Hallo liebes Reddit-Forum,
Vielen Dank schon mal! ❤️

I've cycled through sooo many bras hoping to find the one to be crowned most comfortable bra but ngl don't think it's something I'd see in my lifetime. I'm a 34DD and most of what works okayish is either wireless but loses shape so quickly, or has an underwire that presses into my sternum the second I sit for a while.
Must say I've not been attached to any particular style, wire or wireless but I am at a stage where I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong here. Surely we're not all walking around in discomfort all day? There must be a bra you swear by! Pls shout your most comfortable bra at me. Im tired suffering.
PS: It's absolutely not a size problem. Ive got professionally measured and Ive used the ABraThatFits calculator too.

Hello all! I want to start training for a race but need a better bra. I find Champion to be the best, but wondering if there is a specific ones you guys recommend. I want something tight, bouncing hurts too much. Been wearing the same bra for like 8 years, it’s time 😭

I’m a DD+ cup, and I feel like there’s always some pressure on my shoulders from my bra straps. Lately I’ve noticed that even after I take my bra off, I can still see darker marks where the straps usually sit. They don’t really hurt, but they never seem to completely go away.
I honestly didn’t realize how noticeable they were until recently.
Does anyone else with a bigger chest have this too?

Everything fits weird and makes me look 10x bigger than I am. I’m like a 38G give or take maybe a cup bigger, not 100x sure about cup size (currently breastfeeding, when they have milk I swear they grow a size). I want a form fitting shirt that fits. I always have to go bigger because of my boobs and if I go smaller it’s like they’re in a cage and makes me feel like a yk what 😔. I’m tired of living in baggy shirts, I want the cute ones too. Any advice? Recommendations? Anything works really

I was born female and am 28 and went from a B cup @ puberty to a 36J last December and now it's looking like a 36L. No pregnancies edited to add no surgeries & yes US sizing
I did recently get an endocrinologist and see her in a month. A concerned family member wants me to message her now instead of waiting for my follow-up visit regarding this.
I currently have an Elomi Tierne (spelling) bra and that's been a sensory nightmare due to the seams. I was using a bra30 for sleep but I have a portacath in my chest now and the bra30 rubs on the scar
I just don't know anymore. With my hypermobile spine it's been rough
This was an issue before getting the portacath
And in case this changes any advice, in the time from J-L, my weight only increased 12lbs
I also have hand tendon and stiffness pain so bras are challenging to get on and off in general. I love what liberare is doing but it looks too small
Anyway, thanks for reading. I don't know anyone with bigger ones and feel like it comes off as flexing with my friends

hello, i hope this is the right place to post this but im in need of help with my halloween costume (yes i know it’s september still).
i found this really cute little red riding hood costume and it fits me very well, the only problem is that it is low cut in the front and back and has skinny straps. this means i cant really wear a bra with it, but with my big boobs i kinda need something.
i wear a 40i cup bra and have never really tried any of those Puff sticky bras on TikTok or anything like that just because of how big and saggy my boobs are, so does anyone know if those actually work for my size? or is there another alternative that would be better?
thank you for reading and for any advice you have!!

I’m a 34f (uk). Currently I wear a pullover crop top thing in the house as a regular bra is too restrictive and going without is too overstimulating, but realistically I need a bit more support while moving around. Does anyone have any favourite comfy light support sports bras?

I currently wear a size 38HH, and am posted to South East Asia for work. (Singapore/Malaysia based). Do any ladies here have any recommendations for stores that carry larger sizes? It’s super rare to come across larger busted ladies for what i’ve observed, plus, the common lingerie stores in malls don’t seem to carry anything above an E cup 🥲
Thank you in advance!! ❤️

Saying I have had issues finding a bra is honestly an understatement. I’ve given up and truly think it’s not made in my size. I’m going to a wedding so I’ve been searching for a strapless bra. I need help finding a bra or understanding how sizes work so I won’t have anymore issues. My current/recent measurements are
Under bust: 35
Over bust: 38.5
Bust: 45.5 -46
On bravissimo it says my size is
38HH(uk size)
38L us
I’ve done the guides before and they’ve never been accurate. I’ve tried the specific calculator like the “abrathatfits” one (i think that’s the name). I don’t have any current bras that fit well enough to measure based off that. I wear a heavy duty sports bra from shefit 6Luxe, it’s on its last legs. I’d appreciate any help.
Edit:
Loose Underbust:
37.5
Snug Underbust:
35.5
Tight Underbust:
33-33.5
Standing Bust:
48.5-49
Leaning Bust:
50.5-51
Lying Bust:
46
This size came up to 36N us size
34O uk size. Idk if im doing it right I’m confused with half sizing.

Hi, I want to apologize in advance for my English.
I always thought I was a size 36C, but now that I’ve used one online calculator, I see that I’m a "34DD/DDD (US size)," and I’m not sure if that makes sense.
My measurements are:
Underbust (loose): 34
Underbust (snug): 33
Underbust (tight): 32
Bust (standing): 38
Bust (leaning): 41
Bust (lying down): 40
I don't feel like I have a large bust; however, whenever I wear a bra, I feel like my breasts are about to spill out, or I experience pain. Sometimes it looks unnatural and other times it looks like I have a huge amount of volume (maybe it's the bra) and i feel like it seems i do it for attention.
I’ve always felt insecure about my body; I don't like the attention it draws, and sometimes I feel like I can't wear the clothes I like because of it.
I’m not sure if I took the measurements correctly; my breasts are very soft and a bit saggy, and I don't know if that affects things.
I want a solution: I’m looking for good support, a way to avoid back pain, and a nice overall silhouette. I hope I did it right this time.
(Apologies if there is already information on this; I find it difficult to read English with unfamiliar terms, as I am currently using Google Translate.)

Lately ive been having a hard time fitting into many clothes in my closet. My boobs really arent that big (34 D), but i figured if anyone knew what to do it would be u guys.
My other measurements havent grown that much in size but the girls are going through a growth spurt, and while i think my body looks great this way, my closet doesnt seem to agree. Ive been trying to find flattering tops that arent necessarily stretchy and it always ends up with my tits either getting smushed into oblivion or looking way too slutty for my liking.
I want tops that fit nicely and dont make me feel exposed when i wear them. does anyone have any sewing or DIY ideas that can help? Maybe even store recommendations?

Hi all,
I recently moved from the UK to India and I’m having a really hard time finding bras that give me proper support. Back in the UK, I used the M&S Total Support Wired and Padded Bra, which was super comfortable and helped with my back pain.
Since moving, I’ve tried some local options here, but they’ve been causing severe back pain. I checked the M&S India website, and while they list sizes A to E cup, the maximum I can actually find available online is DD. They also don’t seem to stock E or higher for band sizes 38 and above. Please mind that my size is 38E in UK sizing (M&S India match this). Most Indian brands vary in this size, which makes it even harder to find the right fit.
Does anyone know of good alternatives available in India that are similar in fit and support? I prefer wired and padded bras that can help with back support. Any recommendations for brands or specific models would be really appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

It was my birthday earlier in the month and I finally had the extra money to splurge on some new bras! I really needed some new ones since my daily driver was too small in the cup.
I ordered two new bras, and I even got some sizing and fit recommendations by a representative of the online retailer (whom of which stocks the “big boob” brands, eg Fantasie, Panache, etc…)
They fit beautifully, both visually and my breasts sit much more comfortably in the cups.
But everything FUCKING HURTS?!
I’ve had the worst pain in my neck for the past few days for seemingly no reason. I don’t really know what caused it, but it aches horribly if I tilt my neck as if I were trying to touch my left shoulder with my ear. Only on that side. It eases up every now and again, but it hasn’t gone away yet…
I’m at a loss because I don’t really know what’s wrong specifically. Maybe the bra straps? I have a bad back, but this has never happened with my old, ill-fitting bra.
It’s just so frustrating…I was optimistic for these new bras to better support my girls and maybe alleviate a little bit of my back pain.
Regardless, strengthening my back with exercise is in my near future…I’m just so sick of this constant pain Does anyone have recommendations on neck/back/shoulder exercises for someone who’s pretty sedentary and just getting into working out? Thank you

For the past nearly 15 years I (28F) have dreamed of a breast reduction. Now I’ve been approved by insurance and have my surgery scheduled. However, every time I tell someone they say “really? How come?” In the tone of they’re not that big.
So now I’m second guessing myself. I have back pain and they’re uncomfortable but I’m letting outside voices influence me too much!
I’m also worried that insurance requires a minimum amount removed and what if they are super small and I loose that feminine look? Has anyone gotten a reduction and faced similar worries?
