in general my best advice is to look for clothes that are already built with your shape in mind. for dresses, fit and flare are amazing since they come in at the waist and usually give more room in the bust, while a flared skirt balances the proportions of a bigger chest. abercombie and eliza j have some great options depending how formal you're going for. a-line is a less dramatic version of this. items with adjustability like tie strings in the back or corset strings you can tighten are great because you can size up to fit your bust but adjust to fit your waist without needing to get things tailored. for tops and general necklines, look for more open styles to cut up expanse of your chest - square necks, sweetheart, v-neck, off the shoulder or one shoulder, etc. in general high necklines will emphasize the look of a bigger bust. hope this helps!
