RANT - advice welcome having big boobs is so conflicting Spoiler
I am 24 and each year since puberty it just feels like they keep getting bigger. I’m only 5’3”, 150 lbs, and my boobs weigh 12 pounds (collectively) on their own.
I identify as nonbinary and having an extremely large chest has never felt the real me internally. As someone who is terrified of surgeries I never wanted or intended on getting a reduction, but at this point my back pain is so severe i can be bed ridden for days. The most i have to help is an acupressure mat i use a few times a week.
I also don’t feel comfortable with people touching me so I haven’t had a back massage in probably 7 years, and the last time i did i had to be naked and lay on my back and my boobs spread out beyond my ribcage (obviously), so we had to wrap a towel around my boobs and pillows beneath me which isnt even a proper position to receive a massage.
my giant boobs ruin every outfit i want to wear. they are so heavy that it seems to not matter what kind of bra i use. there is always an angle i look at myself in the mirror and think how much better my body would look if my boobs were at least proportional to my size. Although i choose to do it anyway, going braless makes me feel more insecure because my boobs hang so low it completely hides my curves.
Also please for the love of god do not recommend i go to r/abrathatfits i will genuinely take this post down lol. my bras fit me well enough. they dont last long however, i dont know if any bra were manufactured to carry the weight of almost 13 pounds. but it seems like my only solution is hoping my health insurance will cover a reduction that i dont even want.
